Noisy on the road side fro m 5am

Clean and comfortable hotel problems are no pool or gym though gym is available 500m away at Petters silo no restaurant so can't get free breakfasts with accor plus. All otherAccor hotels in town offer free breakfast. Rooms on the road side are very noisy with trucks using air brakes from 5am. So I would spend the extra and stay at peppers silo which has a stunning restaurant and gym. The Charles has an excellent breakfast and dinner with accor rights no gym but linked with local gym So best going elsewhere but if staying here make sure you get a river view room.

Centrally located. Convenient to quality restaurants attractions and the Launceston CBD. We had a suite complete with toaster and washing/dryer. Friends had river view but this is of mudflats. Clean, bed very comfortable. Parking is $15 per day. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed in the suite with 2 balconies and views over the Tamar river. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. Reception staff were amazing and picked up the slack of housekeeping staff who with exception of Thursday didn't do any cleaning or proper service. We had to ask for basic necessities such as toilet paper. This venue deserves a 5 but for being let down by what appears to be lazy housekepping staff who are not doing their job. I would personally sack the weak links because this venue is really fantastic. Thank you to Reception staff, you made our stay fantastic and a pleasure to be there.

Good off centre location as a base

Nice hotel situated just outside city centre so very easy walks into the centre and shops. Several easy walks down the riverbanks if you want to go further. There are charges for car parking but you get reduced rates via the hotel. Rooms on the river side are the better ones to stay in as when we looked at one on the roadside, it was quite noise as a busy main road in/out of Launceston. Some rooms were believe are suites with self-catering, others not.

This was our first stay in Launceston and our first stop in Tasmania with my 2 children and we were welcomed very warmly by staff at Peppers Seaport :) upon arrival my children loved the truffles in reception and welcome gift as Accor Plus Gold members. The bottle of wine was also appreciated for me also :) Our room was clean, comfortable and a nice view. I wish we had of booked the sea view rather then city but will keep that in mind for next time. The staff at check in gave us a map of many things to do and the hotel is walking distance from a lovely park and the city. Our room was cleaned and beds made while out during the day which was nice to come back to after a long day of site seeing. Thank you for a wonderful time in Launceston Peppers Seaport, we look forward to visiting again.
