Take the good with the VERY bad. First impressions of this place were the drive up the hill to the reception area. It was leafy and gorgeous, a wonderful part of Noosa. At check-in, things took a turn for the worse. The check-in manager Luiz informed me that daily cleaning was not included in my rate. Point 1: Apart from not being aware of this, I find it ridiculous that anyone would legitimately want cleaning unbundled from their rate and a cynical ploy for the hotel chain to make more money off guests whilst likely not benefitting the hard working cleaning staff. This kicked off our doubts about cleanliness in the hotel immediately. Point 2: When we arrived in our one-bedroom apartment, we discovered the horror of a filthy toilet. Evidence of previous use was apparent…I cannot get more detailed because it was hideous. After reporting this to the front desk (and reaffirming our doubts about resort cleanliness), I received an email from Bruna many hours later in the evening. In this email, it was explained that the stains were rust (I can assure you I know the difference between rust and human faeces) and that she had tried to call me (I had no missed calls at all, so I fully believe she lied to me). She offered a credit of $100, but the blatant lies only exacerbated our displeasure. We carried on with our weekend. Point 3: The area in and around our apartment is horrendously filthy. A stain outside the lift, dragged toward our apartment that we saw as new on Friday was still there on Monday when we left. Tiles in the common area were generally soiled and in need of a power wash. On our private balcony, the tiles were dirty, there was a old broken broom left leaning against the wall and the centre drain had plant life growing from it. Come on, Peppers! That’s simply ridiculous! Point 4: Peppers doesn’t trust you enough to not be a clothes hanger thief. I know plenty of hotels do this, but it’s insulting to have theft-proof hangers. For the rate we paid (without daily cleaning, mind you) the least Peppers can do is trust us! Point 5: Luiz, the gentleman who checked us in on Friday, wrote me to apologise and offer a 15% discount on my next visit. Sorry, I know you’re trying, but it’s just not good enough. Why would I ever want to return to a situation like that and give this resort even more of my money? Thanks, but NO thanks.

Well located in a bush setting but no bathroom door.

This hotel is well located with beautiful surroundings but the accommodation falls short of 4 star standard. We paid 14 months in advance for five nights in a one bedroom apartment. We were allocated a Studio apartment which was dark and smelt damp. We asked if we could move and were put into a light and spacious one bedroom apartment. The bedroom had a pretty bush outlook but there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. We were told this was a design feature. I think there was no door because it was not a standard door size and someone decided it was too expensive to order a narrow door. Apart from unpleasant noises, every time one of us got up in the night to use the loo we woke each other up by turning on the light. The sofas are not suitable for sitting on - very low backs with deep seats. I just perched on the edge or had to almost lie down. Bed was not made - just pulled up with cushions, pillows left on the floor. No desks in the room. How can you promote the hotel as a conference destination if there is nowhere to put a laptop? No phone in this room - just a cord with nothing at the end. This is a security issue. We ordered room service on our first night as the restaurant was fully booked (there were quite a few empty tables at the restaurant but seems we could not use them). I ordered via the app but when our pizza had not arrived after an hour, I tried to call the room service number, but there was no answer as room service closes at 9pm. So we had to collect our pizza from the restaurant. There was a delivery fee for room service which we had to request to have removed from our bill. I have asked three times to have my Accor points allocated to my account but there is still no sign of them. This hotel could be good but has a way to go before it could be called 4 star. The staff were all very helpful (particularly the breakfast staff).

Séjour de 3 nuits en famille. Membre Silver. Résidence agréable située en plein milieu de la nature dans un endroit qui se veut reposant. Tout le personnel de l'établissement est agréable et prévenant. L'appartement 9210, situé au niveau 1 du bâtiment Pacific est situé juste au-dessus de la piscine principale et ne convient à des personnes qui souhaiteraient se reposer pendant le séjour. La piscine principale est très bruyante en journée et des bruits de machines qui en assurent le fonctionnement sont perceptibles la nuit depuis la chambre. La piscine longue est très calme. L'appartement est vaste, bien équipé et décoré avec goût de façon moderne. La plupart des ouvrants est équipée de moustiquaire ce qui permet une aération continue. A l'entrée dans l'appartement une odeur d'humidité était perceptible. Chacune des chambres est équipée d'un dressing qui permet de ranger les vêtements et les valises. La chambre parentale donne sur une terrasse équipée de deux chaises longues. La salle de bains parentale est équipée d'une baignoire à remous ce qui est très agréable, d'une douche séparée et d'un WC. La salle de douche n'est pas équipée de WC, mais un WC séparé (WC invité) se trouve avant l'accès aux chambres. Le sèche cheveux dans la salle de douche ne fonctionnait pas. La cuisine est dotée d'un îlot central sur lequel on peut manger, mais il n'y a pas de table de séjour sur laquelle manger. En revanche, la terrasse principale comporte une table est six chaises. Le système d’ouverture de la porte du réfrigérateur et du congélateur en même temps que les portes du placard les abritant a été retiré. Deux ampoules du salon étaient hors service. Le panonceau pour indiquer que nous souhaitions que la chambre soit faite a été placé sur la porte d’entrée de l'appartement deux jours de suite, mais personne n'est venu faire la chambre, ni re-compléter les fournitures (papier toilette, thé, café, produits vaisselles et lessive) contrairement à d'autres établissement Peppers dans lesquels je me suis rendu. Au prix de la chambre cela aurait dû être fait.

Camere belle e spaziose, ottima location. 5 min a piedi dal paese e ci sono anche le navette. Personale cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Colazione nella media. Mare bellissimo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Abbiamo affittato un appartamento per 4 con due camere, due bagni ampio salone e cucina e due terrazzi. Colazione compresa di buona qualità e quantità. Peccato non era compresa la pulizia giornaliera.
