We came to Peppers to visit family and also have a short break. This is our second stay and we were not disappointed apart from having no toiletries for the first evening. Fabulous peaceful location in the National park so far removed from the hussle and bustle of Hastings Street.

Very disappointed. For the price and hype, we were underwhelmed from the moment we opened the door. Within 5 minutes, our sink was blocked, the aircon was loudly rattling. We asked the staff to look into it as we had to leave for an event. Their response was to turn the fan off and just turn the aircon on high so when we got back it was freezing. That night, we had ants (or some form of bug) through our bed and crawling over our pillows. There were also ants in the kitchenette. The rooms were not what was expected at all. It was dark with no windows/sun and old and musty. The photos on the website are very deceptive. I'm not normally one to leave a review but we would never stay here again.
Peppers Noosa Villas are tied and need some TLC.

Previous reviews on the tiredness of the rooms and villas is accurate. We had a good stay, with our 2 families booking two 3 bedroom villas, 1 West Supreme Seaview and the other a Treetop villa. Let’s start with the positive. The reception team and restaurant/bar teams were first class. For young employees; they were proactive, caring and really friendly. I wouldn’t normally call out service that you should reasonably expect for this money, but given the significant challenge in recruiting employees in this industry, they must be doing something well here. Views restaurant, while not as ambient as those on the beachfront, services a quality fare and the service is excellent. We booked last year, so we enjoyed a much better nightly rate than what is currently on offer, and if I was paying todays rates, I would be giving this place only 1 star and a real bagging. ( if you think this is a knife…) $1000 plus a night villas demand much better quality and attention. The villas are either privately owned or time shared with investors, as each Villa had bespoke items, with many cupboards and garage lockers under key for private use. Disappointingly, you get a bit of a mixed bag with facilities. Our 2 villas had no BBQ’s which would have been nice to enjoy on a choice of 5 large balconies, where as other villas had a BBQ setup, never used. There was no hire option after requesting. The furniture and fittings in the room are well past their use by date. The couch in the treetop villa belonged on a waste kerb side collection.I have never stayed in accommodation, even a fifth of this nightly rate, and seen a couch, where even a 55 kilo adult sinks 8 inches down while seated. Both villa’s couches were “well depreciated” shall we say. All 16 dining chairs across 2 villas were so worn, when you sat on the cushion you instantly felt the wooden frames digging into your thighs. Did we complain to Mgt. No, given the difficulty in getting fresh towels after multiple calls, we didn’t fancy our chances that they would kindly replace 2 couches, 16 dining chairs, 1 microwave ( completely cactus) and a leaking toilet cistern without disrupting our holiday break. To be fair, the microwave was only going to be used on 1 occasion during the stay and there were 3 toilets in the villa, but for the money, you might expect a little better. The villas come with a weekly service only and given our stay was 7 nights, I should have read the small print. In this warm humid climate with trips to the beach, pool, sights and dinners, it’s more than a 1 shower a day stay. Calls for fresh towels before 9.00am were only followed up by another call in the afternoon , when we returned to find one call does not do the job. We were pretty eco friendly and only made the 2 requests during the stay, but the same result each time. The old towels were never collected despite repeated requests and they stayed there until we checked out. Clearly a different leadership in charge of housekeeping and cleaning. One look up at the ceiling fan in the men’s toilets outside the restaurant tells you not only are the corners being cut, but the scissors are only delivered annually. I don’t enjoy giving a once proud accomodation ( we stayed here a few years ago pre COVID) a public serve, but given other consistent reviews, I think it’s time the Management at this resort, focused on the interior of the villas rather than mulching the entry road and painting the white lines again on the footpaths. I accept that it is respectful to give Mgt a chance to address concerns up front, but prior reviews have already called this out, only to get polite and professional replies, but no changes. It would probably be reassuring for future punters to hear that these issues are being addressed, or are more complicated due to the ownership arraignments with other parties? Best of luck Peppers, the bones are solid, your people are working hard, just need some TLC and Leadership, and it will rebound.

Camere belle e spaziose, ottima location. 5 min a piedi dal paese e ci sono anche le navette. Personale cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Colazione nella media. Mare bellissimo. Assolutamente consigliato.

Abbiamo affittato un appartamento per 4 con due camere, due bagni ampio salone e cucina e due terrazzi. Colazione compresa di buona qualità e quantità. Peccato non era compresa la pulizia giornaliera.
