Tour bien placée, bon accueil, parking voiture pratique et nominatif à l’appartement. 14e étage pour nous, piscine au 6e, centre commercial et jeux arcade au 4e étage. Tout est accessible à pied, plage à 1mn à pied, appartement vue mer et piscine. Grand appartement mais c’est vieux et sombre, propreté un peu juste, accessoires et vaisselle en fin de vie aussi, lave vaisselle en panne. Les appartements ont besoin d’un rafraîchissement et les meubles et accessoires d’être renouvelés sinon le potentiel est là.

We had a great stay for a few weeks at the Paradise Centre Apartments and really enjoyed ourselves plus the excellent remodeled facilities. The apartments are extra large well fitted out, a little dated if you’re picky but really really good. The cleaners need some urgent training as it was dirty and dusty when we arrived and parking seemed to be a lot more difficult than it needed to be as there was a car in the space allocated to us. Pools, tennis courts, outdoor sun room , gyms and BBQ areas are first class and very modern. The shops underneath the buildings are convenient and easy to get too and surrounding restaurants made our stay easy. Would always stay here again and again but won’t ever bring our car again. We’ll catch the tram next time.

We stayed on the 20th floor Ballah building in a two bedroom executive. Would rate 3.5 stars for the apartment and would rate 4 star for the facilities. Disappointingly, 6 uncomfortable nights, the mattress on the king bed far too firm, had no quality about it. No mattress is perfect and we don't usually have an issue or complain but this bed was terrible! When you holiday, you expect at the minimum a comfortable bed. The couch needs replacing, you sink into it, terribly uncomfortable, avoided using it. The whole apartment, the cleanliness was average - little things that should be clean, the bin lid filthy, doonas could be cleaner, doors and walls marked where guests regularly touch, and everything looked like it needed a good wipe down. The kitchen is dated and small. Had good stock of items. Positives - views are spectacular, as was the pool, gym and location. Pool would have to be 30 degrees and was one of the cleanest and clearest we've seen - was lovely even when 15 degrees outside. Would stay again for the location, however are hesitant due to the uncomfortable mattress.

Reception was conveniently opened until 10pm and the girls on the desk are lovely. Parking is a breeze. The carpark is easy to navigate even in a large SUV. The location is 2nd to none. It is right on top of the Paradise Centre Mall and looks straight down into Cavill Ave and Orchid Ave and over Surfers Paradise Beach, right amongst all the action, see pics. The huge outdoor pool is properly heated and the adjacent hot tub was a real pleasure in July. The north facing sun filled balcony was beautiful. We stayed in the Ballah tower, Executive 2 bedroom. The building was built in an era of generous room sizes. It was very clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped. All the appliances were like new. Even the knives were super sharp. There were clean blankets in the wardrobe. We weren’t lacking anything. After staying here, I simply cannot stay anywhere else now on the Gold Coast. For the detailed planners see pics attached of the floor plans. 4 apartments per floor. There are no bad ones.

古いアパートメントだが、立地が大変良い。サーファーズパラダイスセンターの上にホテルがあるので、地下にウールワースがあり、買い物に便利です。 ホテルのベランダからの眺めがとても良いです。今回も２ベッドルームあり部屋が広くて満足だが、何しろ古いホテルなので、高級感はない。夕方になると前の道でパフォーマンスがあったりして賑やかです。週に２度くらい、ビーチに露天のお店が並び人で賑わっています。 お風呂ですが、2人目が入るとシャワーのお湯がぬるくなるのが欠点です。キッチン用具を新しくして欲しい。
