Well located accommodation

The hotel is very well located and has a friendly and responsive staff. We had the 2BR lake view suite and the accommodation was spacious provided with all the basic amenities. The housekeeping services can be better, though. Overall a very comfortable stay

Accommodation was amazing. Spacious, well laid out and with a great view of the lake. Fantastic facilities, including a washing machine and dryer. Surpringly for such an amazing property there is no bath, but the showers were large and powerful. Had breakfast on one morning, but, whilst there was a varied and tasty selection of food, it had clearly been sitting for a while and was lukewarm at best. It's a shame as the overall experience during our stay was so positive.

This was a well appointed apartment in a great location. Staff were awesome and the lakefront was definitely a bonus that we enjoyed - beds were comfortable and the full kitchen was well utilised- good sized balcony with outdoor furniture and full sky tv was appreciated

What a view to wake up to in Queenstown! The only thing that would have made it better is seeing all the snow on the mountains however we were a little outside peak season and there was just a light dusting of snow on the top. Great location with only a short walk down the main city centre, so a little quieter as well. The room was so spacious and modern furnishings. Very comfortable and warm as well. Only negatives were the car park and that a couple of the lifts were out of order for maintenance. But otherwise great spot to enjoy Queenstown!

We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite to enjoy 5 nights in Queenstown. The first night we couldn’t get the heater to work and our bathroom flooded. This wasn’t a great start. The breakfast was very average in a small breakfast room so don’t expect too much. The staff were pretty average. Lucky to get a smile or hello from anyone at the front desk. The location is brilliant through. Easy flat walk into town, across the road from the lake. I wouldn’t stay here again.
