What a joke this place is. It certainly is not worth the money you pay for it. The room is so small and very tired. It needs a good paint job. The bathroom is small and the water in the toilet keeps running. Everything is miniature. It’s no better than the ibis budget next door except far more expensive. Don’t stay here go up the road to the holiday inn express. Certainly not worth the money you pay

Location was good - under ten mins walk from domestic terminal. Restaurant was good - not open for lunch on a weekend but dinner was nice. Room was very small, shower appeared dirty ( staff assured us that it was staining from the water). The safe was locked when we got there, tv or remote didn’t work properly and the king bed was two singles pushed together. All that wasn’t a big deal but for over $300 for one night I would have expected more. Staff were great but value for money for the room was poor.

Hotel is a very easy walking distance from domestic terminals. If you have a long layover as we did, you can also walk to the suburb of Botany for pubs etc. Room was average size and clean. Beer in the restaurant was expensive but that seems to be a Sydney thing for no other reason than it being Sydney. There are little things that could be fixed that are in the control of the hotel staff. For example, when we checked in at 9pm there was a dirty plate on the floor near the room. It was still there the next day when we checked out at 8pm. Otherwise, no problems for an airport stay.

Check in Gentleman was very rude and didn’t seem to want to be there. We had an issue with our TV and called from the room phone twice and my mobile once to Reception and no call was answered. After going down to reception to advise of the issue, the same guy said the phone didn’t ring!!! Then to make it even worse we were woken at 4.10 am by Reception for an early morning call we did not request. We gave this hotel a second chance but again rooms are average and. walls are marked and dirty.
