在我入住PUIIMAN酒店期间,让我刚到心情愉快和放松,并得到了酒店工作人员很好的照顾,在此我非常感谢悉尼政府和酒店的全体人员对我们从墨尔本进入悉尼转机人员的热情照顾和人文关怀表示衷心的感谢! 酒店的管理工作做的得非常到位。在这特殊时期,从我们的入住到离开酒店前往悉尼机场被安排得井然有序,最大限度的避免了人与人之间可能存在的交叉感染,严格做到了隔离的目的。 由于中国在11月8日规定回国必须做血清检测和核酸检测双重测试,而当时酒店只有核酸检测测试。在不能离开酒店又必须得到血清检测测试的情况下,酒店工作人员尽了最大努力帮助我们和政府卫生部门协商解决,也在我们自己的努力下,共同解决了原本不可能解决的问题。真的非常感谢你们,让我们能够顺利、安全的返回中国。 酒店的环境无论是从酒店的大堂到入住的房间,优雅清净、整洁干净。酒店的每顿美食让我细细品味、回味无穷。我真正感受和体验到了一个星级宾馆该有的待遇。 最后,我再次感谢悉尼政府和PULLMAN酒店为我们提供的帮助和照顾,让我的这次旅行非常圆满。谢谢!

Great hotel, just a short walk to domestic terminal or shuttle with Ready to Go - spacious rooms. Bar area and small restaurant very casual and pleasant, check opening times during this period. Staff very welcoming and helpful

Hotel itself lacks some facilities like a pool. Other than that, no issues at all. Extremely smooth experience. Staff looked after the requirements at the best they could. Would be even better if a few more vegetarian options are added to the restaurant menu.

Our chefs are always happy to be creative for our guests, should you have a favourite dish please always feel free to ask us for something you would like in the future. Only with guest feedback can we improve and adapt. While we don’t have a pool at the hotel we are lucky to be located only 10 minutes drive from Brighton & Lady Robinson beaches with a secure car park onsite makes it easy for a staycation. The hotel was very prepared to ensure the safety of their guests during this pandemic without losing its outstanding high level of service. With the executive lounge being closed, the in-room serve they offered in lieu was an excellent alternative. During this difficult period the hotel, the staff were still fantastic & very helpful yet maintaining all the protocols required under covid-19.

Comfy bed. Don't particularly like the "modern" layout of the room. Looks great but not really functional. Wardrobe was a see through affair and highest hanger was not high enough to hang my trousers. As seems to be the standard now days no mini bar. Whats that about?

We are pleased to see that you found our beds comfortable and the 5 stars for our cleanliness. Did you know you can find these same beds in our Pullman hotels worldwide? During these times you are correct minibars have been removed from the bedrooms and this is in line with the ALLSAFE program developed by Accor and Bureau Veritas. We do however have the all of the usual mini bar items available upon request 24/7 as well as room service for your convenience. There is no tray charge for this service. Thank you for your comments on the modern layout and design of the wardrobes we had fed this back to our owners. Stayed 4 nights last week and had a very very restful and comfortable stay. All staff are awesome and helpful. There focus on hygiene and protecting people during covid19 is very apparent and appreciated. I look forward to the old breakfasts we so much enjoyed. Its a hotel I will continue to stay at going forward and depending on my location requirements.

Great location - convenient to the airport. Although we were travelling International, the trip from the hotel to terminal was quite easy. Executive Lounge & Mobius Restaurant were both excellent & we thoroughly enjoyed our meals there.

还不错,前台比较亲切,很帮忙,定第二天的的士等。房间比较小,行李箱都没什么地方放。早餐比较简单,丰富的程度不够。

离机场还是有点距离的,带行李箱走过去不现实,酒店是商务型酒店,酒吧都还不错,房间好,没有泳池,适合带娃在机场过渡。
