Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and such a great handy location. Not too far to the city, Zoo, Accor stadium. The renovations are great and the room layout was awesome for a family of 4! Staff were fantastic with their service and friendly. They even accommodated a late check out which was perfect for a later flight. The Broncos team stayed here during the grand final and the staff did so well to manage the team and guests too 😊 Just a couple of points to note, not complaints but will help with planning, they do take $100 bond per night and capped at 3 nights. Parking is $45 per day and paid upfront for the duration. The pool isn't heated and the indoor pool is adults only so unsure if that one is heated as we had our kids. Some of the restaurants aren't the most family friendly, but the sports bar round the corner was. The music from the pool bar is quite loud on the weekend, the kids were having a day nap and you could hear it quite loudly on the 8th floor. Beautiful views of the airport and runway and I do think we'd stay here again, it does feel like you're in a tropical resort when you're by the pool!

From the moment we arrived at Brighton Hotel in Sydney, the customer service was absolutely amazing. Every member of the team from the hospitality staff to the cleaners and management went above and beyond to make sure my 50th birthday celebration was nothing short of perfect. All the little surprises I received throughout the week of my birthday truly put a smile on my face. There was even a moment when I had tears in my eyes I couldn’t believe the amount of love, care, and effort the team put in to make my 50th birthday so special. Thanks to their incredible effort, my milestone birthday was filled with joy, elegance, and unforgettable memories. I can’t thank Brighton Hotel team enough for their outstanding service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I wanted to enjoy my afternoon by swimming in the hot pool but apparently I can’t because I’m 17 years old, what am I supposed to do? ice my ass in the cold pool only because I’m not 18? Also the lady could have at least asked if I was 18 before saying I wasn’t allowed to stay there without even apologize. I guess I’m not old enough to swim in heated pool but at least I’m more educated than someone older than me

The reception staff were very welcoming and nice and the room was lovely. I loved the location too. Breakfast was very disappointing , I had booked a room that included my breakfast but I would have hated to pay what the going rate was for what you got as the Buffett food was very average and bland tasting. I was not the only one who thought that. We didn't have dinner there as lots of choices outside of the Hotel.

Took $690 off my credit card without my consent authority or explanation.

This is the first Trip advisor review I have ever written but I feel I must due to the actions of this Hotel. I travelled with my family in August 2025 (18–19th) staying at this hotel Two days after my Family had checked out I noticed my account was missing $690. The hotel debited $690 from my credit card even though the booking was in my father’s name, and I never gave any consent for them to do so. This reduced my money that I had saved for the rest of the trip. There was no reason whatsoever that they should have debited my credit card as we had settled the bill before leaving at checkout there was nothing else left owing. This has ruined a once in a lifetime holiday for me, I'd love an explanation why they believe it was ok to do this to me and what they are going to do about it??
