Stayed on level 22, unit 04 which is an ocean facing 3 bedroom apartment. Very clean and partially refurbished. I thought it was surprisingly great actually. Only suggestion would be to improve the lighting in this unit, particularly in the bathrooms. Cheap fluros and dull light bulbs throughout cheapens the whole place, and makes it difficult to get ready and put on makeup. This is a pet peeve of mine. All the different Pool areas and water slides are fantastic, as is the inside pool and spa. Cannot fault the facilities. Only downside to stay was that our room wasn't ready until 4pm and no welcome drink was offered while we waited. Also, parking is $20 per night which seems steep to me for Surfers in my opinion. But otherwise well done to all.

Great place to stay just a short walk from the main strip

This is a great resort to stay at on the Gold Coast. Located just a ten to fifteen minute walk from the main shopping area of Cavill Rd, this hotel provides a great experience. Several pools, a hot tub, sauna, waterslides, a gym, and more give it great amenities for guests to take advantage of. The walk from the main shopping area is excellent so you are removed from the loud noise of Surfer's but yet can reach there very easily via foot or the tram. Room needed a bit of upgrading, but otherwise was great. Staff were friendly for the most part and helpful. Would stay again!

Very horrible experience and very horrible room

We paid $448 dollars for one night. Upon arriving at the room, we were in absolute shock. Throughout most of the walls of the 2-bedroom apartment, there were plaster patch up marks where significant damage to the walls had been plastered up but not painted. The room had been trashed and was halfway through having the walls renovated. The oven was dirty, the dryer was dirty, the carpets were stained and filthy, the balcony windows were filthy and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in years. The room stunk. We couldn't have the balcony doors closed throughout our stay due to the horrible smell in the room. The kitchen bench was damaged, the side tables in the main bedroom were broken with sharp dangerous edges. There were also burn marks and water damage to the side tables in the bedroom. The Assistant Manager did not make an effort to rectify the situation and told us that 2 days after we check out, he may be able to offer us a discount but was not able to tell us how much of a discount and if this would be definite. No change of room was available as we were told the hotel was fully booked. The Assistant Manager requested we take photos of the damage and send a written response requesting a discount and was not willing to inspect the room himself. We questioned why we should have to do that for a 1-night stay and that the hotel should be doing those sorts of things to rectify the situation. The discount wasn't provided upon check out and the Assistant Manager stated that it will be processed 7 - 14 days later. We requested a written email stating that a discount will be honoured but the Assistant Manager stated that he would do it "later that day". We were not happy with this and requested the email to be sent prior to us leaving the hotel. It is not appropriate to rent rooms out in this state, especially for $448 a night. We are so disappointed in our stay and will never stay at the property again.

Stayed here for a week with family and friends. Absolutely huge 3 bedroom apartment with King Size beds in two rooms and two Single XL beds in the third. The views of the ocean from every room were amazing (22nd floor) and so beautiful to wake up to every day. The furniture is a little dated, with some old and new items throughout. However it was spotlessly clean and had full sized shampoo, conditioner, handwash and body lotion supplied in both bathrooms. Clean towels and fresh, white sheets. There was also plenty of toilet paper for the whole week. The tram stop is conveniently located right in front of the property and plenty of car parking under the building. We enjoyed drinks at the pool cafe during happy hour (cheap cocktails- can recommend the Fruit Tingle 😊). We’ll be back!

地點在Surfer paradise的邊緣，從最主要的Cavil Ave走到旅館有大約需要15分鐘，兩站輕軌站的距離，但是旅館的後門就是輕軌站，累了不想走也可以搭輕軌。房間很大，風景很好，工作人員友善，每天的早餐樣式都一樣，味道中等，如果下次再入住，我應該不會選擇添加這個選項。整體的氣氛很好，划水道也很有趣，但泳池的磁磚很鋒利，我老公的手被刮到傷口有點深，所以流了很多血，救生員有過來緊急止血，這方面可能要注意一下。
