Solid place. Close to the lake, beautiful location but layout does mean there are lousy views for most people. Restaurant was very good, staff friendly. I would guess this is an American chain from the vibes.

This hotel is very well situated with stunning of lake tekapo and a small walk into town. The rooms are really nicely layed our for families, however the rooms are showingj alot of wear and the restaurant , including buffet breakfast and very underwhelming. Would still stay here for the location.

Clean, and well-cared for units. Good free parking. Close to center of town. Very responsive front staff - promptly delivered washing detergent when it was missing in our unit and also when asked for refill. Suggestion to add kitchen paper/towels for cleaning up. Need more trash baskets in rooms.

Location was good. But everything else was not 5 star as they claim to be. Room space is extremely small. Not enough space to walk around the bed. Bad hospitality - when we asked for an extra set of towels they rudely needed to know why. 2 twin beds instead of a king bed etc
