Quality spacious exceptionally clean room.Friendly staff with a great roof top pool heated at 29degrees, the kids loved it, bonus fresh pool towels every day for our use. Sauna and quality gym and free security parking a bonus. Exactly what we loved.

Such a lovely hotel! The staff, the apartment, the rooftop and the location are all amazing! I found the staff went above and beyond for us during our stay and were happy to accommodate our requests. Our room was clean, spacious and very reasonable for the price. Within walking distance to most things in town, would highly recommended! Definitely family friendly :)

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY- NIGHTCLUB AT REAR OF HOTEL!! COULD NOT SLEEP! NO COMPENSATION FROM MANAGEMENT- THEY COULD NOT CARE.

When confirming our booking it was noted we were a family with young children. We were put in a room at the rear of the hotel that faced a NIGHTCLUB!!!! We could not sleep in our room on the Friday evening due to the horrendous music coming from the club and the youth that were standing outside the club directly in front of our hotel room screaming, yelling and swearing until 4AM!!! We had to lay on the floor with the hard lounge pillows in the lounge room and could still not sleep due to the noise. We complained to the management as we were paying $600 a NIGHT and they could not care less- they had no empathy and did not offer a SINGLE compensation. We paid over 2 thousand dollars for a 4 night stay and are beyond disappointed. We will never stay here again. NOT family friendly. I honestly do not know how management sleep at night knowing full well they are placing families with young children in a hotel directly opposite a nightclub!! Absolutely furious!!

We had a great stay for a couple of nights and were very happy with our choice. The apartment was very spacious, smart, clean and well equipped. The location is great for walking everywhere but you need to drive to The Koala Hospital as while it's not far it would be quite a walk. The only warning I would give is that the lower underground car park, while it felt secure, was a worry when exiting. It's so steep that you could potentially miss someone (especially a child) walking by. I would wait on the pavement just outside, for my husband to drive up and give him the all clear before hopping in the car.

En lisant les bons commentaires, je pense que nous sommes tombés sur la mauvaise chambre. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre handicapée. Il y avait une odeur nauséabonde, un mélange de cigarette et de nourriture. Même en ouvrant les fenêtres, l’odeur restait à cause de la moquette. Ensuite, la salle de bain était sale, il y avait de la moisissure dans la douche. Les draps de la chambre et du lit supplémentaire étaient déchirés. La belle piscine chauffée, le sauna et la salle de sport remonte la note de l’hotel. De plus, l’accueil est très sympathique.
