In true Tropical North-Queensland style, our swim-up pool bar is available for guests to grab a drink or small bite to eat. Lagoon Pool Bar will now operate on seasonal hours 12pm till 5pm Wednesday to Saturday. Beverages available 24/7 through Lobby.

A cozy getaway for a few days, and we cannot mention a single thing that could have been better (maybe the breakfast, but its good for continental). We had a superb time, and made nice memories!

We had a wonderful stay at Mantra Portsea, and we had the best time. Perfect location, nice pools, clean rooms, and wonderful staff. Especially the manager Thomas, who attended all our needs and was exceptional!

Amazing Hotel in Port Douglas!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! 10minute walk into town or 3 minute scooter with Beam and right on the beach! But they also have a beautiful pool! The staff were super accommodating and helpful - honestly they went above and beyond for me and my partner. We will definitely be staying here again! Unreal place to stay in Port Douglas

Great location, 5-10 minute walk into town, super central, the staff is what really makes the stay worthwhile, super relaxed but helpful with anything you ask for. Laundry, drinks, places to eat, sights to see. I stayed here with my partner we are in our mid twenties and highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy this place. Special shoutout to Tamas from reception who helped organise our lift to Palm Cove at 7PM after a day of scuba diving! Legend!

Relaxing and friendly

We loved our stay here - affordable, friendly and relaxing. I must admit after reading some of the reviews, I was a little worried but we were very pleasantly surprised. Every staff member we met was accommodating, helpful and friendly. We knew it wasn't a serviced studio when we booked, so I guess it pays to read all the hotel information. Our room was clean and nicely presented, with a balcony overlooking the pool and we were given vouchers on our check-in for clean towels throughout our stay. When we needed anything, such as teabags, we used our initiative and just asked at reception and it was delivered. Cocktails at the pool bar were delicious and icy cold with plenty of places to sit and relax or read around the pool. We walked into the main street either along the beach or a mostly shaded path - takes about 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!
