Over all the room was clean and comfortable just lacking a normal fridge. It a great location close Parramatta Westfield shopping centre and the train station and the buses. Has a Gym and a outdoor pool and spa pool. Has a restaurant which is good if you want food and a bar as well if want a drink.

Dishonest about using the hotel being fully booked for poor service.

Was very disappointed about this hotel.s dishonest claims about being fully booked. They are fully booked so can't help you with your bags. They are fully booked so can't give you a room upgrade even though you are almost a platinum accor plus member. You can catch them out so easily by checking how many rooms you can book on their website, but they don't really care and neither does accor

Firstly, the location is good. That's where the compliments stop. The A/C at the lowest temperature was blowing hot air. The carpets had large stains on the way to my room. However, the biggest disappointment is the staff seem to think it's okay to lie to guests and the duty manager makes excuses for the staff. My room wasn’t cleaned over two days and I as one was a Sunday I thought maybe the hotel doesn’t have cleaning staff and I was okay. Then on Monday the room wasn’t cleaned and I contacted reception. The staff was polite and said they will check something. After a few minutes came back and said cleaning was included and they were sorry this did not occur. I said not to worry and if they could please send some towels and supplies up to the room. 3 ½ hours later still nothing was brought up to my room and I went down to reception. I had the misfortune of speaking to the manager who asked for my room and proceeded to tell me that cleaning was not included in my room. I said I spoke to someone at reception and they said the cleaning was included and then she proceeded to tell me that she was the manager. I don’t care if you are the duty manager or the CEO, when someone promises something to a paying guest the hotel staff should take it upon themselves to ensure it’s actioned. Then the manager said there were alot of people checking in. Again making excuse after excuse. Which I thought was interesting. The hotel wasn’t interested in my request because I had paid my money in full. They had to deal with the new guests because they still needed to pay and then they too can be treated poorly by the staff. Since the incident last week, I have travelled for business to Paramatta for 4 days and will be travelling again in a few days. I have found some great hotels in Paramatta that value their guests. This hotel is currently where it deserves at the bottom of the pile. I suggest if you are travelling to Paramatta please avoid this hotel. Unless you enjoy paying top dollar to receive lies and poor service. This hotel near needs a major refurb and all staff need to be retrained from the beginning in providing customer Service. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

The place was clean and the room didn’t at all seem tired. The bed was the comfiest I’ve slept in for a long time. Outside the room it was different! Only one lift worked out of three and it had dodgy buttons. We booked and paid for three people but had to get housekeeping to make the sofa bed up. Except housekeeping had gone home and the reception man had no idea how to make a bed. And we didn’t get our third set of towels until the room was serviced the next day. Meanwhile we couldn’t make a cup of tea because the tea selection only had green tea available.

Siamo stati al Mantra durante la settimana di capodanno abbiamo pagato sugli 800 euro per una doppia, la stanza è grande e pulita. Ottima posizione, vicino ad un centro commerciale enorme (Westfield) e vicino la station. L'unica pecca è internet a pagamento, la colazione un pò cara (ma si può cucinare in stanza) ed una sola sedia nella doppia, se c'è l'angolo cottura in stanza dovrebbero esserci anche due sedie e non aspettare che qualcuno le richieda.

Siamo molto fortunati ad essere situato in una parte così a portata di mano di Parramatta, essendo a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Parramatta e Westfield. Da allora abbiamo corretto la vostra preoccupazione con solo avendo una sede in camera. Speriamo di rivedervi il vostro prossimo viaggio in Australia Cordiali saluti Tim Doyle
