It got off to shaky start but worked out excellent with amazing friendly staff. I have book for January to take the kids this time and we book a swim up room so hopefully we get it as we are not guaranteed and hopefully we get plenty of notice that we don’t have that room and we can find something else in time.

Tower 2 Room 229 : First time ive ever had a negarive experience at a Mantra resort! - Palm tree blocking whole view of the marina from balcony. - American Cockroach in bathroom. - Black house Ants in kitchen. - Master bedroom light & fan unusable because remote control didnt work. - Tv remote buttons have buttons that didnt work. - Not cleaned properly, bits of rubbish beside the fridge. - Not enough onsite secure parking, had to park my car outside of the resort in public space. - Not very sound proof between apartment walls and above. - Overpriced for a outdated, unmaintaned , unclean, not pest free , minimal facilities old resort. - Reception were friendly. - Location is great.
