Good location, freindly staff but hotel could do with some TLC

This is my 2nd stay. Last was 4 years ago. The lifts concern me and being placed on the 27th floor didnt assist! Appears only the RHS lift was in operation. Breakfast was of average quality. Bathrooms were nice as was the bed itself. I asked to check in early (in advance) and even offered to pay for an extra room/cost. This was ignored/skipped over at reception but was told there was a bathroom i could use near the lifts. I changed into my suit in your bathroom which was awkward.

Good location, but that's about it!

We checked into our room on the 19th floor for a four-night stay. Unfortunately, only one of the two lifts was operational throughout our visit, as the second lift was out of order. Each time we needed to leave the building; we faced waits of 10-15 minutes for the lift to arrive to the 19th floor. To make matters worse, both lifts eventually became “out of order”. There was no communication/text messages from the Mantra on Kent, other than an A4 letter notice posted by the lifts on each floor. We received no updates, no compensation, meals or apologies for the inconvenience. Thankfully, we were able to use the stairs (begrudgingly), but I felt for the guests on the higher floors! Additionally, there was no cleaning service or fresh towels provided during our costly four-night stay.

Quiet location in heart of CBD. Clean and convenient

We stayed in Executive Apartment, room 906. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable and bathroom and kitchen well appointed. Even has full size washer and dryer, and a full size fridge in kitchen. Would be very comfortable for a few nights stay for sure. You seem to have a choice of either a balcony or bath. We chose balcony, and at level 9 were the highest of these. This offered a small glimpse of Darling Harbour - so if you want a view forgo the balcony and ask for a bath higher up. Convenient parking next door - exit at level 3 for the Sussex St side door and you come out directly next to the hotel. Easy walking distance to both CBD and Darling Harbour. Would happily stay here again.

Good location, poor management

This hotel is located a couple of blocks from the QVB building. Unfortunately management let staff use the 2 hotel lifts during the busiest part of the day. After going to breakfast, my partner and I (and 6 others) waited TWENTY MINUTES for a lift so we could go back to our rooms. The list stopped numerous times, but every time it was full of staff with their trolleys to service rooms. Absolutely poor management. These trolleys should already be on the floors (say overnight), not blocking the lifts for TWENTY MINUTES. Absolutely no regard for their patrons. I will NEVER stay here again. Period.

清潔、必要なものはほぼ揃っている Town Hall駅からもダーリングハーバーへも近く、QVBやスーパーでの買い物にも便利 部屋がきちんとリノベーションされているのに 洗濯機と乾燥機だけが古くて悪目立ちしている 使用に問題はなかったが、特に乾燥機は作動中にカバーとフィルターが外れることが数回あった 洗濯機と乾燥機は新しいものに入れ替えるべきだと思った
