Two nights in January. The room was good size and the kitchenette was good. Table with 2 chairs and aircon good. Secure undercover parking was good. Short walk to nearby Woolworths to get b'fast items and snacks. Good CBD location - bit quieter than hotels near Mitchell St and Esplanade - area is on edge of business/retail and apartments and quiet. Short walk (200m) to CBD centre.

Great place, a little old, nothing fancy but clean, large rooms with work desk and lounge and reception staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful!! Great for a business stay. View was amazing from balcony and fantastic block out curtains.

I have stayed at the Mantra various trips before, and the service was consistently helpful and efficient. My room had great view and a balcony and over looking the ocean making for the most beautiful sunsets. Room was spacious, tidy and clean on arrival. Great hotel well situated in the CBD of Darwin

I have to say I’m so so disappointed with this hotel on so many levels. I arrived at the hotel at the end of an illness so wasn’t feeling the best so my tolerance was low. First off I pay upfront and then have to dig out a credit card at check in despite having paid for the room and the hotel having my credit card. I was kindly upgraded to a one bedroom apartment that had a terrible smell to it. All good as I could open the balcony door and let some fresh air in even though I was the. Unable to turn off the aircon. I then put the TV on to find they only had free to air channels (despite the website advertising Foxtel and movies). So I went to the supermarket to buy a HDMI cable so I could plug my laptop in to watch something. But the wifi is so poor it didn’t accommodate any streaming! When I then questioned the lack of cable and movies I was told there are none and they would provide me with breakfast as compensation. Pity ai don’t eat breakfast. Was also surprised to find there is no servicing of the rooms. First hotel I think I’ve ever been in that doesn’t service rooms. Regardless, a bad reflection the Accor brand.

Worst experience in any hotel in Australia..Rooms stink of mould, Carpet is filthy and aged, hotel should have been renovated 5 tears ago, its tired and smells..Showers don't drain and water pours out bathroom door saturating carpet, dishwasher was blocked , no replies to management team.Absolutely useless.
