The location is perfect and the cleanliness is remarkable. Reception is 24/7 open which is such a good part of the stay. The restaurant offers a good food range. Housekeeping came daily in my 8 day stay. They even helped me book my taxi. Parking is available at minimal Cost

Stayed here on the weekend for Skyfire 2025. Close to tram station and have a restaurant on site. Breakfast was nice and rooms are very fresh. Staff is friendly and assisted me in finding car parking as well as gave suggestions to visit few spots in Canberrra.

The usual high standard Accor hotel comfortable beds and modern bathrooms, tea/coffee facilities, wardrobes, etc which we appreciate. The apartment complex built on the corner of Northbourne Ave and MacArthur street has almost finished so, at time of visit there was no construction noise. The car park adjacent to the hotel is part of the Secure car park chain; it’s just a matter of unloading your car (30 minutes allowed) in front of the hotel after checking in, take your luggage up to your room, move your car into the car park, take the ticket upon entry. After parking, exchange the ticket at hotel reception for a Congress ticket which allows you unlimited entry to the car park. At time of visit the hotel restaurant was open for breakfast and dinner, but the menu seemed not to offer the pre-Covid range of Mediterranean dishes it was once lauded for. We had a two bedroom suite ie one bedroom suite with kitchenette and an adjoining double room. The adjoining room’s bathroom was of good condition, just small in space and some guests might find it difficult to navigate. The best feature was the tram stop directly opposite the hotel on Northbourne Ave, easy to use and travel into the city or over to EPIC and the racecourse.
