The shower in one of the bedrooms dripped constantly, there was no power to the socket for the television, the door lock was loose. The staff were great, the accommodation was adequate but in a poor state of repair.

I didn't end up staying as I was offered accommodation with a friend. We contacted your establishment to cancel but we were told that was not possible, therefore no refund. I shall ensure that I will let all my acquaintaenances know of your no refund policy. I won't be using your organisation again.
