The pool area has been completely transformed and redesigned to include a 'water blade' water feature from the pool bridge as well as two new poolside decks that provides more space for guests to utilise during their stay with us.

We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, particularly during what should have been a special family Christmas. The issues you’ve described — including cleanliness, maintenance concerns, and the condition of the apartment — are certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We are especially concerned to hear about your daughter’s injury and the broken glass on the terrace, and we sincerely apologise for the distress this caused. Your comments have been shared with our management, housekeeping, and maintenance teams so they can be thoroughly addressed, including a review of apartment 136 and the accuracy of our online photos. Guest safety and comfort are extremely important to us, and we regret that we fell short on this occasion.
