I couldn’t fault the staff working on reception. Very friendly and welcoming. No upgrade available as an Accorplus (Gold) member, but it was a long weekend. The room we stayed in was light, clean and overlooked the pool. We received 2 x coffee vouchers which was very much appreciated. A late check out couldn’t be accommodated but we were able to use the pool and leave our car in the car park until our departure. Great location and overall we had a really enjoyable stay.

Old, Dated, and the room STANK!

First room was well and truly needing to be renovated. It STANK! Thankfully the staff were considerate (we would have left otherwise) and gave us an upgrade to a newer suite (which we were entitled to as an All Accor Gold member anyway). The second room was a lot better. Newer, more modern. Still would add the carpet needs replacing and the pillows left of the bead… well a steam clean would have been great… one smelt like old BO and the other smelt like an infant… or drunken adult had relieved themselves on it… worse, the smell transferred to the bed pillows… All of that aside, the staff were accomodating, the pool was great. Still waiting for my complimentary drinks and welcome amenities…

However, it is concerning to learn that even in the upgraded room, you found the carpet and pillows in an unacceptable condition. Rest assured; we will be addressing these issues with our housekeeping team immediately to ensure such lapses do not occur again. Regarding the missing complimentary drinks and welcome amenities, I apologize for this oversight. As an All member, you should have received these benefits without delay. I will be sure to follow up with the team as this should not have been missed. We are about to commence a refurbishment project with our unit owners, the room you initially checked in is having a complete refurbishment which we are extremely excited about starting in 2 weeks' time. Beautiful resort, in a fantastic location. Loved every minute here. We stayed with friends, & were allocated apartments almost beside each other, which was great. First time we have stayed in Noosa, and we’re so glad we chose Mantra, French Quarter.

Das DELUX Apartment (230) ist klein dunkel und verbraucht! Auf der Terrasse gibt es nur einen uralten Liegestuhl. Die Dusche im Bad ist für älter Menschen fast nicht zugänglich und gar nicht appetitlich. Für den viel zu hoch Preis eher abzuraten.

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes Zimmer unweit des Pools. Das Hotel ist sehr weitläufig aber ausgezeichnet gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe die Flanierstrasse von Nosa Heads mit unzähligen Restaurants und Baars. Im Zimmer hatte ich sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Tumbler, den ich dankend Nutzte. Auf der Reise mit dem Bus von Sydney nach Cairns übernachteten wir hier zweimal, somit konnte ich einen Waschtag einlegen und den Pool geniessen.
