We had a lovely long weekend at the Mantra. Location is so good you don't need the car! So many food options and shops! Diggers downstairs is amazing with tonnes of food options and a great outdoor area for a few drinks. Shoutout to Diggers staff who are all really friendly! A lot of noise from kids on the balconies but it isn't the Mantra's fault some parents are selfish and inconsiderate!! IGA is close and well stocked! Sista Barista nearby had great old school bacon and eggs with fabulous coffee.

The Mantra at Ettalong Beach is well positioned on the Central Coast peninsula There are many different restaurants all within walking distance Ettalong Diggers club is located beneath the Mantra and Ettalong Bowlong club is a short stroll away We had: 4 nights of peaceful sleep 3 magnificent lunches Beautiful beaches We will be back again 🤗

We had a 2br apartment overlooking the ocean and pool for our family of 5. It was a really lovely long weekend away and we loved the view, the pool for the kids each day and the very short walk across the road to the beach. It's fantastic to have the Diggers underneath so we could head down for food and entertainment for the kids so easily, and the fantastic long footpath along the beach meant we could scooter and ride along the waters edge each day. Locals were all lovely as always, and we will be back! The only downside is the small bar fridge in the apartment. It would be helpful to have a fridge/freezer for families staying.

Room was clean but very dated. Tv was faulty and lounge very old and uncomfortable. The furniture needs to be replaced. I would rate this accommodation as 2 to 3 stars not 4 Star. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very expensive and would not recommend.

I booked a night away at Mantra to recharge my batteries before going back to work. Knowing I wanted a facility that had a spa as well as a nice pool this property was the best option outside of Newcastle. As an Accor Silver Member I have stayed at several different Mercure, Novotel & Sofitel hotels and I didn’t have high hopes for the Mantra. When I checked-in the team were very friendly and were able to provide me local knowledge of the area. I booked the 1 Bedroom Room with a spa and direct access out to the pool area. The room itself was very comfortable with a kitchenette, lounge room as well as the seperate bedroom. Even though I didn’t use it, I was glad to see the room did have a washer and dryer. Knowing the room had a spa I did bring my own bath bombs and did enjoy the spa twice. It would have been nice to see the room have some form of bubble bath or bath bomb available for use so I didn’t need to bring my own. I really joyed having the direct access out to the pool area. The pool itself was very large and comfortable to swim in. It would have been nice to have some better lounges/chairs by the pool. They were hard plastic with no padding so wasn’t as comfortable to sit and relax in. I also took advantage of the Ettelong Diggers for dinner that was attached to the hotel. The dinner menu had a wide variety of options and this could also be delivered for room service. I did notice Diggers also does breakfast and I think I will take advantage of this on a future stay. Overall I enjoyed my stay however I would like to see on the AccorALL app the option to pay at the hotel as I prefer to use Accor Giftcards to pay for my stay. All options listed for my most recent stay along with future dates I have check all require pre-payment. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.
