The cleanest most beautiful hotel with full amenities large rooms a beautiful pool and club located right next door and lovely staff what else do you need the beds were very comfortable as well the car park was also easy to access the view of the pool from the room was lovely very family friendly

Reception looked after us well when we asked for an upgrade to the beachside view. The rooms are great and the location is perfectly close to everything you need. This was the 2nd time we've stayed and it was just as good as the 1st. We would stay many more times again.

Very Poor Mattress & Customer Service

We were put in room 414 the bed mattress was appalling. First time I made a complaint that I got no sleep all night. The front desk gentleman made it clear that all there mattress are the same, so he recommended I put a bed topper. The following night was nothing better than the first. We I came down to reception I spoke to tothe supervisor relating the incident. She made it clear that most of the rooms are owned privately and the mattresses were all different. I’m shocked that they did nothing for me beside make it seem that they care and they didn’t even offer a compensation. This is my first experience and last experience at this resort. Customer service is shocking and weak and no one is genuine any more! 😥

We stayed at Mantra Ettalong for first time last week. The staff are very nice. There is a club next door which was ok for food. I liked bowling club to be honest. Pros: beautiful views, large balconies, big pool but not heated....lifts were fast. Plenty parking. Close to main street and IGA. Cons: I paid for a 2 bedrm deluxe ocean terrace suite. The balcony was split over 2 areas....picture looked like it was one large one. Rooms are super small so would hate to see their standard rooms. Very old needs revamping, there was dust everywhere so we cleaned that. There was mould in the queen room on window ledges and frames, curtains are grotty and need cleaning. The kitchen is small as and has only a microwave and two hotplates. The 2nd bathroom sink was so small it sprayed water everywhere. We could barely stand in the bathrm with our grandchildren it was so small. The beds were very uncomfortable and the king bedroom had the electrical box in cupboard which hummed all night. Very loudly. The tv was a debacle. Had to get maintenance up three times and internet kept cutting tv off. Staff did send maintenance up quickly. There are cockatoos and silly people feed them so eating outside which we tried several times never happened as the cockatoos arrived and hammered us for food which we refused them. It was quite expensive to stay here and I personally dont think it was worth it. Certainly needs heap of upgrading to be 4 star. Only thing it has going for it are large balconies and good views. Nice staff.

The location was amazing the staff were welcoming Barbara Front office went over and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. One of the ladies also had amazing amenities in my room which included chocolates and flowers. We had a room upgrade which had Direct pool access the bed. The rooms were clean. We had amazing time as well.
