Health Hazard

Horrific! This hotel is a health hazard. I understand budget hotels don't come with all the services and amenities however, they should at least come with a basic level of cleanliness and hygiene. We experienced stained sheets, significant amounts of mould in the bathroom, significant amounts of hair in the bathroom, bodily fluids on numerous surfaces, dirty carpet and an uncleaned toilet. When raising these problems with management there was no apology or any care that their hotel was in this state. Please avoid this disgusting hotel.

As expected for the price the room was quite small and almost zero luxuries. The rear carpark was strewn with rubbish and lots to laundry to be picked up when we arrived. Terrible night's sleep as there were a group of people seemingly having a party in the breakfast room. We waited until midnight and then called the night manager who said she had already spoken to the group but they seemed to take little notice. It did go quiet about 1 am. First time as an Accor member that we have stayed in an IBIS Budget, won't be doing that again.

HOVEL! Smells like a urinal is dirty, stairs no elevator but they don’t tell u that till they have your money! Wouldn’t let my dog sleep here! Do yourself a favour keep driving or sleep in the car it will be cleaner and more comfortable!!!!!!!!!

Gosford駅からはバスを利用しました。歩いて行くのは、厳しいかもしれません。ホテルの近くにはKFCくらいしかない上、不便な場所にあるホテルですので、事前にGosford駅近くのスーパーで食料を調達されておくことをおすすめします。バジェットホテルですので、部屋の設備は本当に最低限のものしかありません。受付の方もフレンドリーで、決して雰囲気の悪いホテルではありません。でも、一泊で十分なホテルでした。

The Ibis Budget chain isn't really known for it's luxuries. It's just what it says it is, a budget motel. I've stayed in a couple of them and try to avoid them if possible. They are one step above a backpackers hostile in my opinion. On this particular night I chose to stay at the property in Gosford, it was late, I was exhausted. I drove an extra hour to get there. Then I was told they had overbooked. I was invited to wait for a while to see if they could sort something. Did I mention it was 10:30 at night, and I usually get up at 5am? I went and stayed at another property. As of this writing the Ibis still has not refunded what I paid for my stay.
