Dear Glen, Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel and having a chat with me prior to posting the review online. As we have already discussed, i appreciate your perspective and experience of the property and I apologise you were not satisfied with your time at the hotel. The hotel honours all Accor membership benefits with drink vouchers being able to be used within the property. These drink vouchers can be redeemed using the ALL app just like with all Accor properties. We pride ourselves on the delivery of our service and the team I know are all very guest focused so it is disappointing to hear of your dissatisfaction here. I do know the team reacted immediately to your shared concerns and compensated you for that which I hope you can appreciate. Kind regards, Scott

Dear J6434BMsarahj, Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel in such detail, all of the information in this review goes a long way to allowing us to review our processes and improve for future stays. I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy the bed or pillows and as much as you have acknowledged it is a personal preference with others enjoying this style of bedding, it is disappointing to hear you did not. Please always feel free to provide this sort of feedback whilst in house and the team might be able to assist with more mattress protectors/padding. I appreciate the feedback regarding the electrical outlets and we do attempt to have the beds away from these however are often restricted with certain requested rooms set ups. We do our best to ensure there is always an option but understand it is not convenient if not next to the bed. I have personally looked at the room you stayed in and have requested for maintenance to go through and deep clean the bathroom. These are older style bathrooms so from a visual may seem dirty however can assure you the team do a great job of cleaning the grime out and reducing any dirt within the room. It is great to hear your feedback on Sam and how he was helpful with your experience, also the chromcasting being a positive is great to hear and reaffirms the value of the investment in this technology. Dear JMW2014, Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel and I am glad to hear you enjoyed some great aspects of the stay including the staff, beds and shower pressure, all key to a good hotel stay! I am sorry to hear regarding the A/C not working within the rooms. The staff are always on hand to assist to show you these controls and fix should it be required but I am glad heaters were provided to ensure a comfortable rest. I do apologise for the lack of food on the buffet towards the end of breakfast as well. I will chat with the chefs to ensure we are having this fully stocked right up until 9:30 as this is the advertised time of operations, disappointing to hear this was the case for you. I am glad to hear you liked the cafe counter food, this is a new addition for the hotel so it is positive to hear you enjoyed it. I will certainly take this feedback on, relay it to the team and continue to improve for your next visit which we look forward to welcoming you back for. Kind regards, Scott
