It was only for a night, I booked a 3 bedroom for my friends coming down from Mareeba for the night. Bluntly, the room was extremely bare bones and the walls were dirty. There was empty art nails on every wall. Not much to look at. Guests all commented how bare bones it was. There wasnt even a door to the toilet of the main bedroom. The tv wasnt connected to the wifi, so we couldnt get any music going. And a 10am checkout, which meant I was in that room checked in at 4pm, out by 9:30, for a fortunately short 18 hours but still at 39 dollars an hour... It was hardly worth it at 700 a night.

I have had enjoyed many great experiences. When I stay in Cairns the first place I always book is The Mantra Esplanade, it is so centrally located, with great staff and nice rooms. I have recommended Mantra Esplanade to many associates when they are travelling to Cairns

Great location very comfortable beds plenty of room. Shower is a bit small over bath and room is ready for a renovation. Great pool friendly staff. The parking area is often full so not always easy would be good to have allocated park. There must be permanent residents that take up the allocated area.

Great location, you walk out the front entrance to the waterfront and a great variety of eating establishments. If you go out past the pool, it takes right into the shopping center. We stayed twice and had two rooms, one a standard room, and on the second night an apartment. Both rooms very nice and great showers. Secure, covered parking. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in Cairns, our location to everything was great. Being opposite the Lagoon and Marina, 5 min walk to Casino and being on the Esplanade made it easy to access everything we required. Pool area is lovely and clean. Room was clean. Only small criticism is that the bathroom needs updating. Staff were always friendly and helpful We will be back!
