Dear Vicki, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, and I am truly sorry to hear about the disappointing experience you had with our reservations and front desk teams. Your concerns are deeply concerning and far below the standard of service we aim to provide, especially for our returning guests. I understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with repeated issues, from difficulty confirming your booking to the apparent miscommunication around the breakfast inclusion and the confusing invoice. These challenges, compounded by an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, are unacceptable.
