Definitely a dated property with bare bone rooms. Nothing luxurious but would certainly be great for a family beach trip. Laundry was in each unit which was convenient. Note the WiFi was unreliable. However it was clean, the staff was wonderful, and the location can’t be beat!

Three Star if your lucky! Wow I had to read some of the other reviews to see why my view is so different and the only 2 explanations are that 1. Due to your owner business model no two rooms are alike or 2. Customers are being effected by some kind of Munchausen syndrome convincing themselves it 'wasn't that bad' rather than admit they got spun. So firstly I love Accor properties and it was the only reason (maybe last) we booked. The NZ hotels are all high quality. Now also, I fully know that what you seen online isn't always what you get if its a managed resident type hotel with most owned by individuals.But come on? The 3 bedroom apartment looked nothing like it and was still wearing its same contents from when it was built. Got to be 20 odd years. Ok so the room was basic and worn out - check. But no excuse for air vents full of black mould or whatever it was, light shades full of flies, badly carried out (by the owner?) repairs on the door frames, ancient shower cubicles all moudly (But there floor to ceiling tiles in your pictures lol. Its so tragic as im writing its like a comedy. So in summary Im disappointed Accor put their brand on this to be honest and its a bit milking the cash cow. Ever heard of a contract to make your owners actually fix up their side? Other than this the staff were friendly when needed, the pool and sauna was great other than having to still ask for Gym and Sauna keys despite it being behind a swipe card door. Reply if you want but i know its just the set up you have to deal with...probably some false advertising going on with the room also.

Very happy, we had a slight issue the first day, staff member Debbie went over and above upgrading us to a beautiful apartment with ocean views and whales galore… Centrally located with great cafe next door….. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!!!

Apartment sehr geräumig und sauber,großer Balkon,voll ausgestattete Küche,5 min vom Strand. Restaurants in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden,für jeden Geschmack und Geldbeutel. Leider nur eine Übernachtung,hier hätten sich mehr gelohnt. Der Sand am Strand quietscht beim laufen und ist strahlend weiß,wir hatten auch ziemlich große Wellen und viele Surfer. Das Mantra Twin Town ist jedenfalls zu empfehlen.

Großes Hotel nur durch eine Straße vom Strand getrennt. Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken nehmen-wegen der Aussicht! Zimmer sind sehr groß und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet-Backofen und Toaster vorhanden. Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer freundlich. Eine Reinigung der Appartment hat aber leider nicht stattgefunden. Ebenso kein Handtuchwechsel. Nach Kaffee und Spülmitteln musste man immer an der Rezeption fragen. Das fand ich nicht so gut Ein kleiner Pool ist vorhanden, da aber viele Familien in dem Hotel wohnen ist der Pool meist mit Kindern überfüllt. Der Strand ist toll- Wellengang im Meer bietet gute Surfmöglichkeiten.
