Stayed for our first wedding anniversary and loved everything.one bedroom pool access ground floor spa apartment had everything we needed and was spacious, private and perfect for what we needed. Staff were friendly, late checkout to 2pm as our flight was at 4.

Fantastic location and facilities. Our apartment room was very spacious with every convenience including full laundry facilities and kitchen. Could benefit from a system to keep both interconnected room doors open as we had 4 year olds who can’t be alone in a room by themselves.

Appalling customer service - and we hadn't even booked yet! I called the only number available - a call centre, and they put me through to the resort. It rang for ages, then someone answered and put me on hold, then hung up on me. I called the call centre back and they called the resort for me and put me through - exact same thing happened. I called the call centre a third time and the operator advised that the resort staff had been very rude to her too. Then I was told to put my feedback in an email. There is absolutely no way I would go to this place if this is the disgraceful way they treat their customers.

Run down hotel that needs TLC

Having stayed at peppers many times in the past it’s clear they are neglecting the hotel. Rusted door frames, mould on the blinds and bathroom stinks. 100% not value for money and won’t be returning to peppers Kingscliff. A shame it was a great place to stay, but now the price is 40% more expensive, staying else where is the only option.

Very disappointed Poor customer service. Restaurant closed. No pool side service. Ambiance average. No help with bags or room despite having an injury. Do not book bale - we needed to change, you won’t get any services over there. Like a ghost town with an overview of the car park! House keeping appalling - floors extremely dirty, no refresh of items, bed roughly made, nothing wiped down, dirty outside area, towels left.. topped off by being bitten repeatedly by something in the bed (hotel investigation pending re bed bugs). Totally horrid and still in pain. Reported to management and offered token discounts for future stay - not a chance we will stay again . So very sad as was a much needed get away.. and expensive too. Not the usual accor chain value.
