Our front entry door was jamming and rusted out, the bathrooms where outdated and in need of renovation. We had 2 rooms but they where shared by a main foyer which was weird but other than that it was OK, I don't think it was worth the 850 a night though.

Looks great on paper and that's all.

Staff not friendly or welcoming. Definitely not helpful. Not notified till after checking in that 2 days of our stay there would be no water. Not even for the toilet. So you could not even stay somewhere else . Many guests angry about it. Not even offered water to drink.Ordered food that was bought to our table. Still waiting for the staff to bring my knife. Food at buffet breakfast certainly would not pass the temperature test. Couldn't get a pool towel without waiting for a long period. Asked for toilet paper. Still waiting ended up using tissues and to top it off on our last day NO HOT Water to shower. WORST ACCOR HOTEL EVER

Awesome place can't wait to go again soon Loved everything about it the staff were lovely the Pools beautifully kept just when you think you have seen it all you find more comfy areas to just hang out rooms comfortable 😊 the bed was amazing ..had a good rest

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff members were very helpful and accomodating and most of the facilities were tidy and well maintained. Really enjoyed the swimming pool. Gym is overlooked and most of the equipment was broken or out of service. Suggest the management gets the broken equipment repaired and also provide some free weights/dumbbells to make up missing equipment.

Amazing hotel, such a perfect location at Kingscliff, for a really relaxing getaway. It was just what we needed. Didn’t have to drive anywhere if you didn’t want to as restaurants right there & plenty of variety. The pool bar was a lot of fun the food on Sunday night from the pool area was amazing. Looking forward to going back again & dinning in the Resarunt on sight Seasons. We will be back.
