Lovely hotel in a great location

We had a last minute staycation in Hobart and as I am a few nights short of platinum in the Accor program, we chose this hotel. I’m an Accor plus member so got a good rate of $199 including breakfast. The parking arrangements are easy - park next door at the Market place car park and they validate ticket for $18 rate. The welcome was lovely and we were recognised as Accor gold members with an upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment and a bottle of wine and fudge in the room. The room itself was lovely with views of the water and kunanyi. The separate bedroom was comfy with a new bathroom and a kitchen in the other room. We enjoyed the hot chocolate and tea selection. Breakfast was a la Carte and we had eggs Benedict with pineapple juice and hot chocolates. Overall a great stay and good to be recognised for my loyalty to Accor (unlike a recent stay at Sofitel Sydney darling harbour).

I recently stayed while attending a conference at the Grand Chancellor hotel (a block away). The hotel offered good value and a great location - close to the docks, Salamanca and CBD shops. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and assisted with a number of requests. There is a free laundry for guest to use. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with all amenities. Highly recommend this hotel.

Would definitely stay at this hotel again and again. Big shout out to Carolyn the breakfast cook - eggs benedict were the best ever - all breakfast options were fantastic! Can't beat the location - central to everything. Rooms extremely comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything about this hotel is pretty good - great location, comfortable rooms, AMAZING bed, and excellent front desk staff. Like some other reviewers I also had a weirdly lumpy floor which was kinda funny to live with for a few days, but that's about all I could fault!

The staff were really lovely and friendly. Well located near eateries and CBD. Walking distance to pier, Woolworths and shopping too. Housekeeping were clean through out. Breakfast was simple and pretty good. Overall a really simple great hotel and amazing staff.
