Cannot find any fault with Breakfree Beachpoint. From our arrival to departure the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing. Clean, great airconditioning, the view was outstanding. The facilities excellent (kitchen, bathroom etc). The pool area was immaculate and the water very refreshing!!! Will becoming back as soon as we can!!!

Poor Service & Mouldy Utensils

Good things: Ocean across the road. Bad things: Reception service extremely poor. Wet Mop would have been a friendlier welcome. Mouldy cups. Dirty utensils. No toilet paper in the toilets upon arrival. Pillows are gross and flat. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and over used. Couches dirty. No wifi details provided. Spend the extra and stay somewhere else.

Awesome stay

Just had an 8 night stay here and we couldn’t be happier, the lady at the front reception was very accommodating especially when we told her we had a late flight home. She said we were welcome to put our luggage in the storage and sit by the pool as long as we wanted. Our 8 night stay also included a clean of the apartment half way through our stay, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent location and would definitely stay here again

Prime location but desperately need renovation

First, the good parts: Rooms are spacious. Just cross from beach. Incredible ocean even from a partial view room. Nice book collection at lobby. However, this hotel really need renovations in order not to waste such nice location. The shower is unbelievable slow. Each shower may take upto one hour. Hot water was unreliable and require constant adjustments to achieve comfortable temperature. Wifi is pathetically slow, speed test shows less than 3MB/s and drop out all the time. Huge cockroaches in the parking garage.

Habe hier leider nur einen STOP/Over gehabt. Das Hotel war für 1 Nacht echt TOP. An der Rezeption ging alles ohne Probleme. Ich denke, für eine Übernachtung kann man es sich hier gut gehen lassen. Schaut es euch selber an.
