Stayed here for 7 nights unfortunately we were late checking in due to flight delays, we did contact the resort to let them know we were going to be late,  when we arrived we couldn't get anybody to answer the call button for the gate and could see nobody at reception, eventually had to phone the resort number to get hold of  someone, they came and had to manually open the boom gate. Got our room keys and headed up to find that we were given a one bedroom unit (having booked a two bedroom ocean view), after a couple of calls were told to head back to reception and the night duty would sort it out. A manager had to be called in as the night duty said there were no other rooms available, the manager arrived and didn't even acknowledge us, after about 10 mins she came out and said that the junior receptionist had mucked up and our room was given to another guest and they would try to sort out another room, this took quite a while so more waiting and eventually we were put into another room for the night and told it would be sorted in the morning, we were offered a refund for our first night due to the mix up. We went to reception next morning around 10.30 and was told it was being looked into so we headed out for breakfast whilst they sorted everything out, arrived back around midday to be told that housekeeping were cleaning our new room and they'd call us when it was ready, had to wait another hour and follow up again. Whilst we eventually were given a 2 bedroom with ocean views which was very nice and what we had initially booked we were rather disappointed in the lack of communication, we had to follow up at every stage on our room, we didn't hear back from anybody as to whether we were happy with the outcome or to apologise for the inconvenience, I would have thought that management would at least have had the courtesy of following up with us at some stage during our stay, we also had to follow up in regards to the refund and when we did we were told we had to email them with our details. Overall we had a pleasant stay in the end and the location is fantastic as it's a short walk to the shops, tram and the beach is opposite, I do think that their customer service definately needs improving.

As noted our young junior did place the keys for the you and others incorrectly , and I can assure you we have taken measures to ensure this doesn't happen again. I did arrange for the next day to put you in an ocean facing apartment even though you had booked an ocean view room, and we did ask that the cleaners clean this as soon as the guests checked out. When I spoke to reception again they advised that you had gone out as I did try and call the room. I did speak to someone from your party and they advised that they were very happy with the room as they were walking though reception. As the booking was made direct at the hotel we did need it in writing your bank details as this is part of our compliance for Audit purposes. Once again I am sorry that this happened and we do hope to welcome you back again soon.

Written Feedback was already provided to on form provided to reception at checkout - no follow-up recd. Location and view was good, rooms/apt clean, but everything is old and tired and requires maintenance. - the 2 bedroom windows don't close fully which meant we got noise from roads below at night and early morning. - both toilets have issues - dont flush completely, require a couple of goes/waste of water. - wall repairs in bedroom and bathroom not complete/patches not painted - unit smells of tobacco smoke and even worse when air-con is turned on - no iron in unit and was difficult to obtain one from reception - lounge chairs old and uncomfortable - soft and uncomfortable beds

Magnifique appartement avec tout confort. En revanche l'accueil ne fut pas à la hauteur. Malgré que nous avions prévenu d'une arrivée tardive, la récupération des clés n'a pas été simple car nous avons dû attendre longtemps car personne ne nous attendait réellement. Deux jours pour avoir internet car il faut obligatoirement s'abonner à leur site Hôtel Accord. Même avec ces petits désagréments, nous avons vraiment passé des vacances formidable à Gold Coast.

We are sorry that you had an issue with your Wi- Fi. We did contact the provider to assist us, as this was something that was out of our control. We do hope that you still got to enjoy your stay and the facilities that we had to offer.

Habe hier leider nur einen STOP/Over gehabt. Das Hotel war für 1 Nacht echt TOP. An der Rezeption ging alles ohne Probleme. Ich denke, für eine Übernachtung kann man es sich hier gut gehen lassen. Schaut es euch selber an.
