Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re happy to hear that you found the apartment itself to be nice, but we deeply regret that several aspects of your stay were less than satisfactory. We understand that the lack of an elevator, limited parking, and only one air conditioner for a three-bedroom apartment in hot and humid conditions made your experience difficult. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of Wi-Fi and poor mobile reception, especially when traveling with children.
