This place is absolutely relaxing, quiet and affordable. We stayed in a pool room, and it was clean, tidy, awesome welcome gift for being an Accor member, service was fantastic and nothing too much trouble. Close walk to town and BBQ area on site to enjoy the accommodation even more.

Really enjoyed these suites. A good position in Port Douglas. Found the suite very clean and had everything anyone could want. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There doesn't seem to be a entry for anyone who has difficulty with stairs or in a wheelchair which wasn't good but I managed the steps at the front as there was a handrail but not the back stairs, as no handrail. The restaurants are all quite close and supermarket a 15 mins walk (for me). These a minimart, one min walk.

We stayed in a two bedroom swim out room. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we required for our stay. The customer service we received from all of the reception staff was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. In fact all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one!

Loved our 1 Bedroom Unit

We had a one-bedroom unit for 5 nights in early Nov and thought it was fantastic for the price. We had reserved early and even rebooked when the price was reduced. The great things about the unit was the space, lovely balcony with spa tub, kitchen supplies, and the quietness. We had neighbors on each side and above us, however we did not hear them at all other than when on the balcony. We had perfect weather and used the pool almost daily - it was nice to have different sides to choose from if you wanted shade or sun. The unit is not brand new or super deluxe (sofa was only so-so), however it was clean and spacious, and for the price we thought it was fabulous. This is really much more like renting a condo than a hotel.

Lovely and clean, lovely staff and the perfect location, walking distance to coffee and dinner and the marina, we could not fault. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. If I had to say a negative, I felt uncomfortable with my dirty towels at reception with people at the desk, it would be nice to have another location to drop them to rather than reception, however this is so minor. All in all we will be back - thank you again
