Great location at the popular holiday spot, great customer experience from the guest relations and customer service staffs. Guest Relations staffs are responsive on the email inquiry, followed up by the customer service team on the check-in day.

We stayed at Mantra Nelson Bay over the Easter long weekend with our family and had a fantastic time. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the marina, shops, and beach, which made it easy to enjoy everything Nelson Bay has to offer without having to drive. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a family stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the balcony was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings. The pool area was a real highlight, especially for the kids, and the grounds were well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating, even though it was a busy weekend. Kellie gave us some great advice on the best beaches and great tip for dumpling Mumma’s restaurant, delish. Overall, Mantra was a perfect base for a relaxing family holiday over Easter. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Great stay at Mantra, rooms were clean. Location was great, walking to distance to almost everything you need. Big mention to Ella and Ashleigh on the front desk, professional and easy to talk too. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

I recently stayed at the Mantra Resort with a group of girlfriends, and we had the best time! From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. A special shoutout to Ashleigh at reception — she was absolutely fantastic! So friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The resort itself was perfect for our group getaway, and everything from the rooms to the facilities exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back again!

We recently stayed at Mantra Nelson Bay for a family trip, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the marina, shops, and restaurants, but still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our family's needs. The pool area was a big hit with the kids, and the BBQ facilities were great for casual family dinners. A special shoutout to Kellie and Ashleigh at reception—they were absolutely wonderful. Both were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always happy to assist with a smile. Whether it was tips on local spots or just making sure we had everything we needed, they made us feel right at home.
