While I understand this is a budget hotel that should not mean that it s services are also below what is a generally thought to be acceptable The rooms are mouldy The quilts are stained Air conditioning does not work and is timed Fans disconnected I booked the disabled room and while the bathroom is usable If I had of been in my wheelchair I would not have even been able to get into the room let alone get to the bathroom the space between the bed and wall is not suitable for a chair Cutlery and crockery at breakfast was dirty and unusable It’s just disgusting I booked for 2 nights but had to leave after the first night Extremely disappointed

No redeeming features at all. Avoid!

This hotel has no redeeming features. It is an old tired hotel and is not well maintained at all. The smell in the room was unbearable. The common areas where filthy and the lift look like a Service elevator. I didn’t even last night but you absolutely do get what you pay for.

Budget is one thing but this was pure laziness and unhygienic, my partner and I had been traveling for 12hours and had been up since 4:30am and just wanted somewhere cheap to sleep for the night before continuing our journey and we could deal with the mold in the bathroom and the funking smell, but we were disgusted to wake up this morning and find the Dona covered in stains and had mold spots on it with absolutely no Dona cover on it just a flat sheet on top to disguise there was no Dona cover on it …… all an all budgets not the problem it’s the unhygienic maintenance and house keeping ….. couldn’t get out fast enough this morning when this was discovered at 5am …….. really not worth the $156 for one night and would avoid, very disappointed

Truly awful. Mould on walls. Underside of bed falling apart. Skirting boards coming away from the walls. $150 a night is daylight robbery for this. Couldnt park because one guest had taken 5 spaces with a van and trailer. Dreadful experience. It was so bad I seriously considered driving 2 hohrs to home at 2am rather than stay. Would never recommend this to my worst enemies. Ibis should be ashamed.

Do not book it.

We booked two rooms as a stop on our road trip to Sydney. Could not last 5 mins. Booked another hotel and left. Don’t waste your money. Spend a little more and get a proper bathroom and hotel. It’s dirty and sooooo smelly. Cigarette smell everywhere. Bathroom you can’t use…smells so bad. It’s all small.
