Well located, nice staff at reception and room clean and presentable. Little dated but everything functional and enough room without feeling confined. Great location and direct access to the beech and host of various level restaurants and bars on the boardwalk.

The apartment (311) was beautiful and well equipped, located looking out at the pool. The pool and spa were enjoyed by our children each day. Location is amazing walking straight out to the beach and all the restaurants. We didn’t want to leave, 5 nights was not enough!

Clean and well maintained a little light on for clutery and crockery. Clock on balcony had flat battery and reported on check out. Block 5 and 6 great as the gate to street via cardlock gate is less that 50m walk. Under ground parking good sized bays our room 523 great. Will return soon.

Really is just convenient location for palm cove. The pool is nice but needs an upgrade. The bed was uncomfortable and the aircon was noise and was leaving smoke in the room.. we had to turned it off for the whole stay as we preferred the fan. The dining chairs were falling apart. The couch uncomfortable to seat on.. maybe other units are different but this was our experience. The staff members are reception were unfriendly and look unhappy working in there. Zero smiles and zero tolerance with children. Magda her name was ,came to the spa while I was with my children, (i clarified in middle of winter and it was our 5 day out of the 9 , so we have seen other children playing in there cause the pool was cold ) basically she looked at the rules sign and she said to me : don’t you know how to read ?? There is not children allowed and she walked away… other guests saw this too and were stoned by her attitude… I mean there are ways to talk to people … In the clean they provide for middle stay they also forgot to leave clean towels, clean the outdoor area , refill the conditioner, lots of attention to detail… Like I said it was a convenient place to stay for the location , unfortunately I couldn’t have gone anywhere else cause it was a prepaid booking unrefundable… so next time we know , we won’t stay there …

Ubicado sobre la playa, ambientes muy amplios, hidromasaje, tranquilo... Nos alojamos en ocasión de ntra Luna de Miel. Tenés acceso a Internet gratis en la computadora del lobby. La recepción está cerrada a partir de las 20.00 hs x lo que si necesitás algo, que Dios te ayude.
