Peppers in Broadbeach feels like absolute luxury the moment you enter the room. It's thoughtfully designed with a calm feel. Beautiful decor and beautiful beach views. Would highly recommend.

Beyond disappointed with our stay air conditioning not working and given the run around Buyer beware stay else where Ropable Do better

Dear Dan, Thank you for taking the time to write a Trip Advisor review following your recent stay at Peppers Broadbeach, I am sorry that your experience was such a poor one. I am sorry that during your stay the Oracle precinct (including the Towers and restaurants at ground level) experienced critical Chiller issues resulting in poor circulation of chilled water to air conditioning systems across the precinct. These issues ultimately led to a 5 hour shut down overnight to undertake emergency repairs and I understand your frustration as this occurred during an extremely warm couple of days on the Gold Coast. I can understand your disappointment due to the heat and I sincerely apologise for the discomfort that this caused. Whilst I understand that this will not change your stay I can share with you that the repairs have been successful and that chilled water supply and fully operational air conditioning has been restored across the Oracle complex. Thank you for your comments Dan and it is my hope that you will give my Team and I the opportunity to welcome you back to Peppers Broadbeach in the future to create some better memories for you. A/C doesn’t work properly

The a/c is split into two zones but only one zone at a time can operate meaning that half the apartment is not air conditioned. Not great in 35 c degree weather.

Dear Artie F, Thank you for taking the time to post a Trip Advisor review following your recent stay at Peppers Broadbeach. I am sorry that you were uncomfortable during your time with us due to the heat wave that we experienced on the Gold Coast over those dates and also the design of the air conditioning in the apartments having 2 specific zones for the air conditioning, namely the living areas and the bedrooms. This was an original design when the building opened and we are working with Owners who are updating their wall controllers to provide a single zone throughout the apartment. Not a 3 bedroom sky home

We have been staying at Peppers Broadbeach for the last 5 years, this will be our last. I booked a 3 bedroom Sky home which we have always booked while staying here in the past, the room that we have received is a small dark 3 bedroom unit with filthy furniture that you don’t want to sit on. there’s an old coffee table that is dangerous, I hit my toe and ripped skin off and the smallest tv I have ever seen, For a so called 3 bedroom sky home our room is in tower 2 room 3503. all previous stays here have been very good which I have left reviews here on trip advisor, after walking in the room I knew straight away this is not what I have booked, I went down to reception and let them know about the room is not a sky home and he said it was and that all Sky homes are the same. I told him I have been staying here for the last 5 years and have never received this type of room before, I am really disappointed as you pay a lot of money and looking forward all year to come back and this happens.I won’t be back so please be aware of what you book and pay for.

After reading recent reviews I had some concerns about staying at Peppers, but our experience was great. The 2 bedroom apartment on the 11th floor was clean and well equipped, with great views. We used the gym and outdoor pool during our stay and even had a couple of games of pool in the lounge. The location is perfect, surrounded by great restaurants and it is an easy walk to everything. We have stayed at The Sofitel previously and enjoy the service, but if you want extra space, then Peppers Broadbeach is perfect. We will definitely stay again.
