As a Platinum Accor Live Limitless member, I chose Peppers with high expectations, but unfortunately this stay was disappointing in several areas. Operational issues began before arrival, with parking instructions not accounting for construction fencing. During the stay, there was no welcome amenity, and a housekeeper entered the apartment unexpectedly. While staff were polite and apologetic, the situation highlighted internal booking and communication issues. Cleanliness and maintenance were also below standard, including holes in bed sheets, stray hairs in the bathroom, a faulty dishwasher, a non-working intercom screen, and a saucepan with a loose handle that raised safety concerns. For an apartment-style property, especially one positioned as premium, several basic inclusions were missing or inadequate — including sufficient kitchenware, proper dishwasher detergent, extra towels, and simple items like kitchen scissors, oven mitts, and a drying mat. A mattress topper on zip beds would also greatly improve comfort. I understand that Peppers apartments are individually owned, and that upgrades can depend on owner decisions, but as a guest, these distinctions aren’t visible — the experience reflects on the Peppers and Accor brands overall. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit intended and contributes to improved consistency and guest experience in the future.

Peppers in Broadbeach feels like absolute luxury the moment you enter the room. It's thoughtfully designed with a calm feel. Beautiful decor and beautiful beach views. Would highly recommend.

Beyond disappointed with our stay air conditioning not working and given the run around Buyer beware stay else where Ropable Do better

Dear Dan, Thank you for taking the time to write a Trip Advisor review following your recent stay at Peppers Broadbeach, I am sorry that your experience was such a poor one. I am sorry that during your stay the Oracle precinct (including the Towers and restaurants at ground level) experienced critical Chiller issues resulting in poor circulation of chilled water to air conditioning systems across the precinct. These issues ultimately led to a 5 hour shut down overnight to undertake emergency repairs and I understand your frustration as this occurred during an extremely warm couple of days on the Gold Coast. I can understand your disappointment due to the heat and I sincerely apologise for the discomfort that this caused. Whilst I understand that this will not change your stay I can share with you that the repairs have been successful and that chilled water supply and fully operational air conditioning has been restored across the Oracle complex. Thank you for your comments Dan and it is my hope that you will give my Team and I the opportunity to welcome you back to Peppers Broadbeach in the future to create some better memories for you. Facile d'accès nous y avons séjourné 10 jours en famille à 5, l'hotel est super calme , le personnel très aimable. L'appartement est super confortable, entièrement climatisé et le menage irréprochable. La grande cuisine ouverte dans le salon est super equipé permet de cuisiner comme à la maison, tout l'électroménager est neuf de marque Fischer & Paykel et Miele. Les télévisions "pourraient etre" remplacés par des smarts en 65" minimum mais il ne s'agit que d'une remarque. Aucun problème pour le parking tout est prévu et indiqué , certains diront qu'il est payant mais cest comme partout !

Pense num apartamento todo prontinho pra você passar suas ferias em uma praia, com tudo novinho e de alta qualidade com um preço incrível para o que entrega( mesmo numa caríssima Australia)este e o Peppers. Novíssimo, pegamos o de dois quartos com dois banheiros, vista mar. Acomodou de forma excelente uma família de 4 pessoas. Ate lavadora de roupa tinha. Absolutamente tudo que vc precisa esta la.Embaixo do hotel , vários restaurantes e um supermercado bem ao lado. Em frente ao hotel um parque de praia com muito verde. Perto do centro que e SurfParadise. Localização nota 10 portanto. A praia de Broadbeach e um pouco agitada e se vc quer focar em curtir o mar recomendo ficar em Kirra que tem aguas tranquilas, fora dessa hipótese fique no Peppers, e um flat perfeito para uma estadia longa ou mesmo para poucos dias em Gold Coast.
