A great relaxing stay again for nine days.

We recently stayed again at Peppers Broad Beach and were thrilled with our stay. We were allocated room 1004. We had a sea view but unfortunately, we lost the afternoon sun from our spacious deck area in the afternoon. The room was magnificent, spotlessly clean and extremely well set up. There was a fully equipped washing machine and dryer which functioned well, a full well-equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge area. There were two televisions - one in the lounge area and one in the bedroom. The bathroom was lovely, very clean and well equipped. the water pressure was excellent. The whole complex is close to many restaurants and a large supermarket. The pools were awesome, and the spa was also easy to access. the water was very warm in the pools. We knew how to access the carparking from our previous visit, so we did not have any problems at all with the procedure for parking. The staff at check- in were polite, organized and very efficient. We really enjoyed our stay again and have no hesitation in stating that we will return.

Another wonderful holiday. First time in Tower 2 but didn't disappoint spotless apartment beautiful views just wish I'd booked more nights. Staff were also great. Once you step out of your apartment everything is on your doorstep. Our first choice now when staying in Broadbeach.

Incorrect App Info & Poor Communication

I booked a two-night stay, knowing that we would arrive in the early hours of the next morning, so I reserved the night before. I communicated our expected 8:00 am check-in time through the app. Despite this, I received an email questioning why we hadn’t checked in yet and stating that our booking would be forfeited. After several emails back and forth, we finally resolved the issue, and they agreed to hold the room for us. All in all, a very expensive trip at a property that would not be our first choice or preferred. The biggest disappointment, however, was the parking situation. We specifically chose this property because we had a larger vehicle (2.7m high) and needed suitable parking. The app listed the car park's height clearance as 4.4m, but upon arrival, this was not accurate. The staff offered no alternatives or suggestions for parking, leaving us to figure it out ourselves. We spent nearly an hour searching for a suitable spot and ended up parking on the street in a 3-hour zone, which ultimately resulted in a parking fine.

I am very sorry that the information listed on the app regarding the height of the car park was incorrect, please accept my sincere apologies, following your review this has been updated to the correct height of 2.1m and I can understand your frustration regarding trying to find an alternative parking place for your high vehicle. I am sorry that you found the Team unhelpful in responding to your queries of alternative places to park in Broadbeach and I have spoken to them in this regard to ensure that we can offer our guests different options. Facile d'accès nous y avons séjourné 10 jours en famille à 5, l'hotel est super calme , le personnel très aimable. L'appartement est super confortable, entièrement climatisé et le menage irréprochable. La grande cuisine ouverte dans le salon est super equipé permet de cuisiner comme à la maison, tout l'électroménager est neuf de marque Fischer & Paykel et Miele. Les télévisions "pourraient etre" remplacés par des smarts en 65" minimum mais il ne s'agit que d'une remarque. Aucun problème pour le parking tout est prévu et indiqué , certains diront qu'il est payant mais cest comme partout !

Pense num apartamento todo prontinho pra você passar suas ferias em uma praia, com tudo novinho e de alta qualidade com um preço incrível para o que entrega( mesmo numa caríssima Australia)este e o Peppers. Novíssimo, pegamos o de dois quartos com dois banheiros, vista mar. Acomodou de forma excelente uma família de 4 pessoas. Ate lavadora de roupa tinha. Absolutamente tudo que vc precisa esta la.Embaixo do hotel , vários restaurantes e um supermercado bem ao lado. Em frente ao hotel um parque de praia com muito verde. Perto do centro que e SurfParadise. Localização nota 10 portanto. A praia de Broadbeach e um pouco agitada e se vc quer focar em curtir o mar recomendo ficar em Kirra que tem aguas tranquilas, fora dessa hipótese fique no Peppers, e um flat perfeito para uma estadia longa ou mesmo para poucos dias em Gold Coast.
