A great Gold Coast beach break.

A great place for a short or long term break on The Gold Coast close to the beach and all amenities. Fully equipped and comfortably furnished to suit all age groups. Would we stay there again, absolutely yes we would. Look no further when planning your next self contained holiday.

Initially very unhappy with 2 bed unit, but manager accomodated as best he could but still disappointed one night.

2 bedroom unit Room 1605 was extremely disappointing. Air conditioning, telephone, range hood light not working plus kitchen utensils & crockery basic & limited. After complaining it wasn’t acceptable I was informed they couldn’t move us until next day. Manager was as accommodating as he could be but for an Accor hotel it was disappointing they presented the room for rent while they were aware of the problems. Room 1601 was upgraded and much better, what you’d expect for the money and everything worked and the standard much better., very pleasant. The pool area was great! Was also disappointed being an Accor member that our usual complimentary bottle of wine upon check in was not honoured, claiming they were not licensed. Overall the least favourite of our Accor stays ever! Credit to the manager though for dealing directly with us as best as he was able.

I am currently working my way through the issues you listed for this room. I am glad I was able to assist in moving you to another apartment the following day, as due to availability this is the best I could do. Regarding the welcome drink, it is legislative requirement to have a liquor license to provide any form of alcohol in Australia. Without a restaurant onsite, and only having a 3 star property rating, I unfortunately cannot legally provide alcohol. I do hope the rest of your stay was smooth and relaxing just the same. Great Location apartment needs some improvement

When we arrived at our room, it was clear that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The drain in the main shower had hair etc in it, the main bathroom ceiling was so low that anyone 6ft could not possibly have a shower without their head hitting the ceiling, meaning they had to crouch to get under the shower head(my son is 6ft 3" so it was impossible for him to shower in there), food from previous people was still in the draw with sugar spilt everywhere, the return air vent for the Air Con had a large build up of dust, the bin in the kitchen did not have a new liner and had grease or food spill in the bottom that had not been cleaned out, a glass in the draw had a lipstick stain, the air con was not working in the master, and a temp portable air con had been supplied which was vented out the door to the balcony. This meant we could not lock the door or close the curtains properly and it provided little relief in the room from the heat, especially in the afternoons when the sun was setting on that side of the building. The wardrobe doors either did not open or were very difficult to open. When all of this was reported to the staff they did send someone up to clean the vent and shower but could not offer a better solution to the air con in the master or even offer to move us to another room. When getting out of the lift on our floor there was a very distinct smell that was unpleasant. Thankfully this did not continue into our apartment. We decided on a BBQ dinner one night and when using the BBQ area the bins provided had clearly not been emptied for a while as a rotting smell was coming from them and the BBQ we used (the centre one) the drip drain was not connected correctly to a disposal point and dripped onto the ground running out to where we stood to cook. We decided to just get on with our stay and enjoy what the Gold Coast had to offer and did not spend hardly any time in the apartment other than to sleep and shower. We stayed at this location as it was a part of All Accor, and we trusted that it would be of a reasonable standard, but unfortunately, it was not. The staff were friendly, and the pool provided a nice space to relax in, but some improvements definitely need to be made.

I will be working through all the points you have mentioned here, from the drains and food, to the vents and lipstick. I am currently working through the repair process of the AC in the master bedroom with the owner of this apartment, and the best temporary solution I could provide was a portable AC system. I have recently had a new Beef Eater BBQ installed and the drip drain repaired, so this issue should not present itself again. It was nice to hear my team were friendly, but I'm sorry your stay was not as pleasant as I would have liked. We will definitely be working through all the areas you have mentioned. Great escape from a busy life

As a reoccurring customer every year it’s a great escape for our family from our busy life’s to be able to come to Queensland and slow life down and enjoy the weather and the people being able to stay at long beach apartments every time we come up is a pleasure and reassurance that our stay will always be met with The highest standards our needs are always met without any hesitations thank you to the manager on call if we ever need anything he is always ready to help he has always made our stay feel like we matter it’s always a pleasure to know when we always return he is the first friendly face we see. Like always can’t wait to come back and do it all again.

Moro nesse predio ha 5 anos. Eles também alugam pra long term. Alguns apartamentos não são renovados ha algum tempo enato recomendo que peca o numero do quarto que ira ficar e fotos do mesmo. Se não puderem fornecer, peca pelo menos que seja um apartamento moderno do 7 andar pra cima onde voce ja consegue ter uma vista melhor. No mais o prédio e ótimo e tem uma super estrutura que conta com piscinas descobertas e cobertas, sauna, academia, jacuzzi e quadra de tênis. Tanto pra temporada ou pra aluguel permanente eh um super prédio e super recomendo.
