The building was modern and well located, could have been cleaner, ensuite and bathrooms had corner dirt buildup, kitchen needed a good wipe over before we placed our food items thereon, Freezer Door scrapes the wall when opened every time, Lighting in Kitchen-Dining-Living very poor, very DULL, working at the dining table l had to also use the Lamp to provide sufficient lighting to read and use a Laptop, food scraps were found between lounge cushions and under the couch, walls throughout the rooms were marked, there were a lot of moisture drip marks below the AirConditioning Unit in the Lounge area, there was a piece of clothing in the Dryer from the previous occupants, we left that behind on the shelf, we requested single beds as the option for the second bedroom, far to tight to walk around the bed to get into the wardrobe. We were there during a quiet period, we believe there may have only been one other room being used on our floor and yet we requested an ocean view room and was not provided, we requested initially and again the day before when your Manager/Supervisor rang us to confirm arrival, he said he may be able to do something, nothing happened. A DVD Player was provided but was not connected to the speakers or the TV Unit, a cable from the unit to the TV was not there, we inturn used the cable in the main bedroom's unit and then returned it to the bedroom on our last day. What was also annoying was the main Bedroom Door would not remain shut without locking it, along with the main bedroom's Ensuite Door, they kept rolling open if not locked. I mentioned some of these items on the way out, we were able to have an 11-am checkout, had hoped for later but they said the room was having maintenance done !! disappointing it was not attended to prior to our visit, hopefully they have attended to those items at that time. It was also unfortunate that we encountered poor weather during our stay and our Granddaughter missed out on two of the Theme Parks we had hoped to visit due to the weather, Wet & Wild we only had to step out of the building.

Great apartments, good location, modern equipment, can't ask for much more. Issues with lifts. One or two were out of order on daily basis. One lift was out of order for a month. Smell from restaurant exhaust fans is suffocating, so try to stay above level 15 if you want to keep your window open or enjoy being on the balcony. Car parking could be arranged better, instead of customers having to drive around and look for parking spots marked with a red dot.

Great stay- worth the extra for premium ocean view room. Great location- easy access, resort pool was great- kids really enjoyed it. 2 bedroom apartment was great with views towards ocean and back towards Surfer

The location was great however the staff couldn't check us in on time. 1.5hrs delayed which forced us to make alt arrangements for the kids and ruined plans. No regard was given by the first staff member, with barely an apology and not even an offer to make it right, it was simply 'that's how it is, sorry'. There was no one there to help with baggage or usher to the rooms. All the common courtesies quality hotels offer for a great experience were just forgotten, or non-existant. Basement parking trying to search for a rare red dot parking space with 3 kids wasn't ideal, but not a deal breaker. Just could have a better system in place. My biggest gripe was the apartment isn't cleaned daily, beds aren;t made up and no new towels for at least 3 days. We had to request this, and for a clean it was an additional fee. What happened to a daily clean, made beds and fresh towels? For almost $1k a night guys I expect more. There was also nowhere to empty our rubbish. We had to call reception to find out where to take the trash. these are things that could be mentioned on check-in or info provided in the room don't you think? The permanent residents were way more helpful and forthcoming in offering assistance and info about the building. There are definitely better places to stay for the money spent! I left a similar review on booking.com to which I received a reply saying you'll do better in the future. To be honest that does nothing to appease the sour taste in my mouth from wasting money on a hotel with a poor experience. If you want to make it right, offer me an incentive or something to have the opportunity to turn my opinion around. As a business owner myself, this is what I expect of my own staff, however that reply I got was very similar to the staff member at checkin when we were delayed. No real regard for poor experiences.

We had an excellent stay at Peppers Oracle room 3002 Tower One. The staff at reception where fantastic specifically the manger and Jordan. Great location very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants.
