on both occasions of my visits, i have witnesses water bottles thrown from balconies and despite my complaint and follow up with them, management told me that they are working on it, i asked if a police report was filed , they said NO. Before someone is killed START TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY

I would like to assure you that any allegation of items being thrown off a balconies are followed up immediately by the Hotel Management Team and Security Team onsite. A security sweep is conducted of the affected area and also of the floor(s) any such items may have originated from, should this result in the culprit being located the Police will then be called and the offenders evicted. Please rest assured that the health and safety of our residents, guests and Broadbeach community is of prominent importance to us. I booked for 10 nights - accidentally booking one more night than was needed. LastMinute.Com tried to seek a refund for one night on my behalf but Peppers refused. Given the length of my stay, and I requested a refund well before arriving, this was not reasonable. Disappointing.

We have had another wonderful stay here been coming for quite a few years now and wouldn’t stay any where else close to everything beach shops restaurants all at your fingertips once you step out of your apartment we stayed in a 3 bedroom sky home in tower 1 4204 best views of the coast and hinterland room was very clean and comfortable we stayed 8 nights wishing we had stayed another 8 staff all friendly and check in was a breeze we have already booked for next November see next year 😍

A great relaxing stay again for nine days.

We recently stayed again at Peppers Broad Beach and were thrilled with our stay. We were allocated room 1004. We had a sea view but unfortunately, we lost the afternoon sun from our spacious deck area in the afternoon. The room was magnificent, spotlessly clean and extremely well set up. There was a fully equipped washing machine and dryer which functioned well, a full well-equipped kitchen and a lovely lounge area. There were two televisions - one in the lounge area and one in the bedroom. The bathroom was lovely, very clean and well equipped. the water pressure was excellent. The whole complex is close to many restaurants and a large supermarket. The pools were awesome, and the spa was also easy to access. the water was very warm in the pools. We knew how to access the carparking from our previous visit, so we did not have any problems at all with the procedure for parking. The staff at check- in were polite, organized and very efficient. We really enjoyed our stay again and have no hesitation in stating that we will return.

Another wonderful holiday. First time in Tower 2 but didn't disappoint spotless apartment beautiful views just wish I'd booked more nights. Staff were also great. Once you step out of your apartment everything is on your doorstep. Our first choice now when staying in Broadbeach.
