I would like to assure you that any allegation of items being thrown off a balconies are followed up immediately by the Hotel Management Team and Security Team onsite. A security sweep is conducted of the affected area and also of the floor(s) any such items may have originated from, should this result in the culprit being located the Police will then be called and the offenders evicted. Please rest assured that the health and safety of our residents, guests and Broadbeach community is of prominent importance to us.
