오래된 건물이었지만 서비스에 최선을 다했고, 브로드비치 바로 앞에 위치. 오아시스몰과 같은 건물이어서 편리했고 친절했습니다.

직원들의 친절함과 깨끗한 객실 주변 식당 접근성도 매우 좋음 그리고 만12세 자녀를 두었다면 더 강추합니다!! 아이들은 조식이 무료입니다 여행동안 편히 머물수 있어 다시 간다면 골드코스트 소피텔 또 갈겁니다

호텔이 연식이 좀 있지만 수영장이 관리가 잘 돼 있어 이용하기 좋았고, 특히 식당 매니저님이 정말 친절하시고 직원들도 친절해서 3박중 2박의 저녁식사를 이용하였습니다. 호텔 로비에 안내해주시는 남자직원분도 아이들에게 정말 상냥하게 대해주시고 모든직원분들이 친절하였습니다. 수영장 수심이 2m정도로 너무 어린자녀나 수영을 못하는 아이들은 튜브를 이용해야할거같고,수영장내에 월풀이 있어서 따뜻하게 수영장을 이용할수 있어서 좋았습니다. 다음에 간다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.
