장점 위치좋음 직원들매우친절 어린이조식무료 단점 엘레베이터 슈퍼슬로우 심지어오전에고장나서 무서움ㅠㅠ 오전에 엘리베이터를 10분넘게 기다리다 지쳐서 비상계단이용했다가 갇혀서 1층으로 걸어내려옴 시설은오래되어서 기대하지않는게좋다

I am pleased to read that you enjoyed our convenient location, friendly team, and the complimentary breakfast for children. These aspects are very important to us, and it’s wonderful to know they contributed positively to your stay. At the same time, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced with the elevators. I completely understand how waiting for more than 10 minutes, especially in the morning, can be tiring and stressful. Please rest assured that our Engineering and Maintenance teams have been informed of your concerns, and we are reviewing both elevator performance and the emergency stair facility to ensure safety and improved reliability. We are also working with our owners around a lift replacement schedule so this helps us with our discussions and priority. We greatly appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas that need attention and improvement. I hope this will not deter you from visiting us again, as we would very much like the opportunity to provide a seamless and comfortable stay for you and your family in the future. 오션뷰를 앞 호텔이 약간 가리긴 하지만 그래도 시원한 오션뷰와 함께 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 위치는 서퍼스 파라다이스와는 조금 떨어져있지만 브로드비치 또한 큰 해변이고 주변에 상업 시설이 잘 되어 있어서 해변에서 수영하거나 쇼핑을 하기에 불편함이 없습니다. 또한 트램이나 버스로 주요 관광지나 공항에 쉽게 접근 가능합니다. 방도 편안했고 수영장, 조식 등 모두 만족스러웠습니다.

While I understand that the view may be partially framed by neighbouring buildings, it’s lovely to know you were still able to relax and enjoy the calming scenery of the ocean. There is something truly special about spending time by the water. You are absolutely right — while Surfers Paradise is just a short tram ride away, Broadbeach offers its own vibrant charm, with wonderful beaches, shopping and dining all within easy reach. I’m delighted that you found it convenient for both leisure and exploring the wider Gold Coast, including access to public transport for major attractions and the airport. It is also wonderful to know that you were comfortable in your room and enjoyed both the pool and breakfast experience.
