I am pleased to read that you enjoyed our convenient location, friendly team, and the complimentary breakfast for children. These aspects are very important to us, and it’s wonderful to know they contributed positively to your stay. At the same time, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced with the elevators. I completely understand how waiting for more than 10 minutes, especially in the morning, can be tiring and stressful. Please rest assured that our Engineering and Maintenance teams have been informed of your concerns, and we are reviewing both elevator performance and the emergency stair facility to ensure safety and improved reliability. We are also working with our owners around a lift replacement schedule so this helps us with our discussions and priority. We greatly appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas that need attention and improvement. I am so pleased to read that you enjoyed the beautiful ocean outlook and our prime Broadbeach location. While I understand that the view may be partially framed by neighbouring buildings, it’s lovely to know you were still able to relax and enjoy the calming scenery of the ocean. There is something truly special about spending time by the water. You are absolutely right — while Surfers Paradise is just a short tram ride away, Broadbeach offers its own vibrant charm, with wonderful beaches, shopping and dining all within easy reach. I’m delighted that you found it convenient for both leisure and exploring the wider Gold Coast, including access to public transport for major attractions and the airport. It is also wonderful to know that you were comfortable in your room and enjoyed both the pool and breakfast experience.
