Although the rooms are cheap they are tiny with nowhere to sit except for on the bed or on the wooden stool. The glass sliding door to the toilet doesn't close properly so not great for privacy! Luckily I am staying here by myself. It wasn't overly clean, the beds are very high so you can store luggage under there but they hadn't vacuumed under it. It's dusty and the basin is stained yellow. The room was freezing. I had the heating dial cranked right up and it has made zero difference. The bed was comfortable however. Check in was a nightmare with nowhere to park your car outside to be able to check in and sort parking. I had to park in a paid parking lot and then walk to the hotel to check in to then pay for their parking, walk back to the car and park the car in the parking building which is a decent walk from the hotel as well when you have luggage.

Execellent bed and very clean. Helpfull front of office and nice breakfast. Fast lift and clean throuout. The room had very good stuff eg the soap and stuff in the shower was appresished. Thnigs fron the bed we close eg lights and easy to make a cup of tea or coffee was easy to make. Mayybe a couple of plate would be usfull? The location is close to the bus hub and new stabine as well as resturants in town.

Amazing customer service made my birthday extra special :)

When booking I added a note that the reason for the stay was my birthday, had booked a double windowless room however when we arrived not only did they upgrade us to a king room, they also gave us a note, chocolate bar and late check out! I had forgotten my uk to nz adapter so I asked reception and they found one and borrowed it to me! So kind! Rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy and blinds made the room blackout. The location was amazing, plenty of parking around just 2 minute walk away. Lots of bars and restaurants close by.
