Please allow us to address your concerns. We regret that the jacuzzi and pool facilities felt overcrowded and noisy during your visit. Your feedback about the lack of towels and the information provided regarding pool usage and dining facilities has been noted, and we will work with our team to improve clarity and ensure better communication in the future. We are also sorry to hear that the food did not meet your expectations and that the breakfast selection felt limited.
