Otel çok temiz odalar çok büyük kahvaltı yeterli farklı ülkelerde birçok ibis hotelde konakladım onlara göre çok daha üst düzey bir otel herkese tavsiye ederim

Otelin konumu şehir merkezinden uzakta (yaklaşık 7-8km) , havalimanına 3-4km uzaklıkta. Dönüşte taksi ile 9 KM (4,60€) havalimanına gittik. Araç kiralayıp gezecekseniz, otoparkı var. Şehre uzaklığın da pek önemi kalmıyor bu durumda. Kahvaltısı haftaiçi 6:30-10:00 haftasonu 06:30-11:00 saatleri arasında. Bence daha zengin bir kahvaltı seçeneği sunulabilirdi. Odadaki qr kodu okutup, otel imkanlarından daha aktif faydalanabiliyorsunuz, o iyi düşünülmüş. Bizde yastık yetersizdi, qr kodu okutup odaya yastık talebimiz oldu. 10-15 dk içerisinde kat görevlisi getirdi. Bu başarılıydı.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of people and our experiences during our stay were unfortunately fell short of expectations. Our group encountered several issues that we believe made our stay at the hotel unpleasant: 1. The overall attitude of the staff was unprofessional and unwelcoming, especially towards international guests. 2. The restaurant staff exhibited a lack of professionalism, particularly in their interactions with Arab guests. 3. The interior design, including the color scheme and lighting, created a rather uninviting atmosphere. 4. Essential toiletries, such as soap, towels, and slippers, were not provided. When requested, we were only given slippers, and informed that they don’t provide toiletries.. 5. There were no safety lockers in the rooms for securing valuables. 6. Our attempts to contact the reception multiple times went unanswered. 7. The restaurant lacked hot water, and we experienced excessively long wait times. 8. There was a noticeable unpleasant odor from the river located behind the hotel. 9. The absence of an iron and ironing board in the rooms was inconvenient. 10. The fact that there is a gas station next to the hotel raised safety concerns.

A big shout out to Amina at the front desk she is a credit to the company, she understands what customer service is to a tee, nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped us arrange transfers and answers all our questions. Hope the company values her dedication to customer service. Hotel rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. A nice swimming pool for the children. The swings in reception were a hit the children and adults alike.

I lived there for three nights. The room is big but not clear, and some of the snacks in the mini-bar were overdue. The location is just fine—it's far away from the city centre and the old town, but at least the transportation is convenient. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service --- some staff are impatient. In particular, as I paid the fee online, a staff still charged the room fee from my credit card directly. Even if I told her I paid online and she replied 'OK', but indeed she didn't care about what you said. Fortunately, I checked my bank statement and noted this charge to me one more time. Otherwise, I lose my money in this 'excellent hotel.'
