The hotel is beautiful, it’s at great location with fantastic amenities, but the best part of our stay was service. From friendly staff at the front desk with their friendly smiles (Selma, valet), to amazing experience at the breakfast. Davor was exceptional with his attention to details; by the second day he knew what our favorite drinks were and went out of his way to make us feeling welcomed. We felt like at home, with friends or family. Davor is a true ambassador for the hotel and the brand and we thank him for great experiences!

I used the spa facilities here one afternoon, which are very clean and wasn't busy . I had a relaxing steam and sauna which has nice views towards the mountains. The loungers are a little uncomfortable. The jacuzzi wasn't working but I was allowed to use the private one . I didn't like the split levels but that's just my personal preference. The staff work very hard to keep the areas clean and tidy which shows . I would probably visit again when in sarajevo.

Whilst in Sarajevo me and my friend paid for a day pass for the spa on the top floor of the hotel. This was very easy to organise and we were able to book treatments on the day. The price was very reasonable and the spa was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The view out the windows was beautiful, you get to look over the city in which is a great touch to help you relax. We both had a shoulder, neck and back massage which was lovely. The downsides to the spa were that there was only 1 of the 4 saunas actually open- the others were out of order or under renovation. The jacuzzi is an extra payment for use which I think is ridiculous as you are already paying to use the spa. The showers did not go very hot in the changing room..they were luke warm which therefore prevented me from wanting to wash my hair due to the colder shower temperatures.

Su soğuk akıyor ya da uzun süre suyun ısınmasını bekliyorsunuz. Restorandakiler ilgsiz masalar söylememize rağmen toplanmıyor, servis kötü. Aracımız otoparktan yarımsaatte geldi her seferinde, şehire de uzak. mariotta kalsaydık keşke dedirtti, swiss normalde böyle olmaz, bence isim haklarını geri alması ya da verilen hizmetin takibinin yapılması gerekiyor.

Best view to wake up to! The hotel is located in the best spot. Connected to the biggest mall in Sarajevo. Clean, spectacular view from the Salt Room in the spa! You can relax and just take in the view. I recommend to go in the early evening to enjoy a sunset view. I stayed on the 17th floor which had a terrific view both day and night. Service was excellent!! The team in the restaurant, the bistro (breakfast) and lobby bar are all excellent!! The reception desk team were the most welcoming and offered a very warm hello on arrival. It is rare that in large hotels you can be made to feel at home, but the team here in this hotel really make you feel comfortable and at home in Sarajevo. There is a real kindness in the people. The team at the Spa were incredibly nice and made me feel relaxed and welcomed. Special shout out to Edin at the Spa, he was very professional and showed me all over both floors of the Spa and explained each of the services they offer in a conversational and non imposing way. His colleague Omar at the Spa was also very kind and professional, he shared so much with me about the neighbourhood and Sarajevo. They both gave me tips on where to visit during my short stay and suggested different times of the year to return to the hotel to enjoy Sarajevo more. Excellent Service. I work in leadership for a global airline, and I understand more than anyone, the importance of engaging customer service. The team at the Swissotel Sarajevo embodied all of this. See you soon!
