The Banyan Tree KL is excellent. There are only 55 guest rooms so the hotel has a charmingly relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious. A stand out feature of the Banyan Tree is the attentiveness of all team members - Ruff on ground floor reception was wonderful. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Horozon Grill. The pool area is good with great views over the city. However, there was a lack of staff to offer refreshments or assistance. Our only real criticism is that the hotel seems to lack a designated lounge/bar area, apart from Vertigo which only opens late in the afternoon.

My birthday and first time visit at Vertigo was made exceptionally special by staff member Rohana as she made special exceptions for me and my family to stay after closing hours a little longer to celebrate and make it all the more special. Highly recommend the view, the drinks and Rohana

Stayed here for a few nights as part of a 10 day tour of western Malaysia in the signature sky suite. Truly lovely urban oasis. Room offered sweeping views. Staff truly make the hotel. We had a problem with the AC one night very late and the technician fixed it in 15 mins. The rooftop restaurant, while a little cheesy, is a fun place to soak in KL. We went every night for a drink!

The Room Are Clean, Spacious Toilet With Wonderful City View That Will Create Wonderful Memory With Your Family or Loves One. All The Staff Are So Friendly And Always Welcome With Open Arms. The Torito(Peruvian-Japanese Kitchen) Also A Must Visit When Staying Here. The Food Are Flavorful And It Come With Spectacular View As My Picture Show.
