The rooms and toilts are very small, tight and smells sooo bad, besides the services provided are 2 star hotel. Breakfast options are very limited and mostly finished, with long time to wait for seating. The overall hotel is not considered as 3 or 4 star, I would rate it as 2 or less comparable to others with the same price range.

Останавливался в отеле на 2 ночи. Местоположение хорошее, до Башен Петронас 10-15 минут пешком, напротив отеля небольшой круглосуточный супермаркет, несколько кафешек. Сам отель приличный, чистый и весьма комфортный. Бассейн на 30 этаже небольшой, чисто освежиться в жару с красивым видом на небоскрёбы. Завтраки разнообразные, но уклон азиатский, много пикантных и необычных для европейцев соусов. В номерах новый тренд:в ванной стоят фильтры для воды, набираешь сам из специального краника Также имейте ввиду, что при заезде берут туристический сбор 10 рингитт за ночь. Это много где написано в условиях, но не все читают В целом, пребыванием в отеле доволен, все прошло хорошо

Mixed review- clean and fresh, but noise concerns

Nice facilities including rooftop pool and bar. Rooms fresh and clean, though aircon a bit inefficient and stuffy. Service friendly, but not particularly sharp - difficult to order drinks at the bar, due to odd service flow where both bartenders were also moving around the restaurant and taking orders. Main concern is that rooms are very poorly soundproofed and door closures slam loudly. We had a difficult night with a loud family next door, passing between rooms and we heard every bit of it until nearly 4am. Hotel is not particularly walkable, though close to KLCC and Petronas towers. 30 minutes’ drive from Sentral. Reasonable value for money but would look elsewhere next time.

ALL Reward Points Deducted Twice – No Resolution

Stayed at ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre and unfortunately faced a post-stay issue that remains unresolved. My ALL reward points were deducted twice for the same reservation (PWPSGWLH). Despite multiple follow-ups with the hotel and Accor Customer Care, I have only received acknowledgements, with no explanation or correction so far. This is disappointing, especially as an ALL Gold Member, and it reflects poorly on the after-stay customer support rather than the stay itself. Case reference: 22146209. I hope Accor resolves this promptly and reinstates the points.
