ALL Reward Points Deducted Twice – No Resolution

Stayed at ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre and unfortunately faced a post-stay issue that remains unresolved. My ALL reward points were deducted twice for the same reservation (PWPSGWLH). Despite multiple follow-ups with the hotel and Accor Customer Care, I have only received acknowledgements, with no explanation or correction so far. This is disappointing, especially as an ALL Gold Member, and it reflects poorly on the after-stay customer support rather than the stay itself. Case reference: 22146209. I hope Accor resolves this promptly and reinstates the points.

Very convenient and peaceful stay. Fast check-in. Then a very clean small room with a small bathroom with all the amenities. Breakfast had a good spread. Walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers and Convention Centre. Service at the bar at 31st floor was good. I stayed for five nights and the overall stay was perfect for my business trip.
