Расположение удачное, завтраки хорошие, кровать и постельное белья хорошие это плюсы. Минусы, обратился с просьбой заказать такси в аэропорт получил отказ, при остром дефиците времени пришлось искать пункт обмена валюты тк картой с такси расчитаться не получается.депозит так и не вернули хотя прошло уже четыре дня

Первые впечатления об отеле испортили на стойке регистрации, когда заявили, что необходимо оставить депозит 1/2 стоимости отеля. В последние сутки пребывания, вернули депозит, но в номере не убирались в этот день, заблокировали доступ к холодильнику и не принесли воду. Писали пожелание по номеру на верхних этажах, в итоге дали на 12, с видом на апартаменты. Вода в бассейне холодная, если не сказать ледяная. Единственное, что скрашивало наше пребывание, это роскошные и многообразные завтраки.

Kindly note that as part of hotel policy, a deposit is collected upon arrival from all guests to guarantee incidentals during the stay. However, we are sorry to learn that the way this was communicated to you did not leave a positive first impression. We will review this with our team to ensure it is explained more clearly and courteously moving forward. We also apologize for the shortcomings you experienced after your deposit was returned, including the minibar closure, inconsistency in water supply, and the level of housekeeping service. Unfortunately our pool is not heated and we wil certainly consider this for future enchancement. This is certainly not reflective of the standards we aim to deliver, and we will address these lapses with the respective departments for immediate improvement.
