I am a Diamond member and for the 1st time since I am Diamond and before Platinum, I didn't have specific attention like plate of fruits, cake or chocolate (room 2423). The breakfast baguette wasn't fresh. They bringed a new one still frozen inside! Asking for the cleaning of the room is useless. 5 hours later I had to call the Housekeeping Department. 5:30pm, I had to call to receive the laundry gave the day before which was supposed to be delivered at noon ! Sedap Restaurant (international), 3 choice of red one and it took them 10 minutes to discover that in an Accor group hotel the French one wasn't available. A dinner without wine is sad. With such a poor choice, I understand why we are the only clients. It miss an involved General Manager.

Regarding the welcome amenities, our team was unable to deliver them on your arrival day as the Do Not Disturb (DND) sign was activated for your room. However, a fresh set was delivered the following day. We regret that this did not meet your expectations as a loyal Diamond member. We are also truly sorry for the issues you experienced with the breakfast baguette, the limited red wine selection at Sedap Restaurant, and the unavailability of the French wine, which should not happen in an Accor property. Your comments on this matter have been highlighted to our Food & Beverage team for immediate review and correction. Additionally, the delays in room cleaning and the late delivery of your laundry are far from the service standards we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused by these inconsistencies. This not my first time in the hotel i know the hotel quite well. Just fyi i am diamond memeber in accor So i am writing this to express how disappointed i am with my last visit (this week) I checked in on the 12am monday morning, it was heavy rain. I got suoer noisy room becasue i can hear the sound the rain going to the pipe Went engineer come ti check the room he told me this is common problem for some rooms in the hotel , so they are fully aware that some room is noisy like this Surprised that as a diamond member they give me such a room,j requested ti get a new room and settle down at 1pm Today, my last day i woke up late. I suppsoed to leave at 7:30 but i woke up at 7:30 I call executive lounge to ask two things 1. Help to prepare the invoice as i have paid the total amount already the can just print the invoice 2. Help to prepare coffe to go with 1-2 bread They rejected all request ask me to calm down to settle my self And cannot provide the coffee and bread , she informed the lounge is open from 6 i supposed to come earlier !!!! I am regular traveler, and in many hotels monthly l. With out without my accord status the staff will tru their best to help some urgent condition. Can check in the cctv everyday i got coffee to go, and why this time cannot? I am going to factory in a klang with difficult access to get a food and thats why i specifically asked that, they have granola bar in the lounge they could have provide me that one and be more help full Its a very very disappointing treatment from them Thank you Ayuna
