Dangerous hotel

Horrible experience. A criminal was allowed in the hotel, he went up to rooms and mugged a guest after asking money. He then managed to steal the iPhone after bloodshed and the receptionist didn't even get involved when the guest asked for help as he feared retaliation. The police apprently ignored the call but the ambulance came and the guest was taken to the hospital, where he was told that this was common in Marseille. What kind of place is this?

Great location close to a lot of sites without being too in the mix 15 min walk from the old port 15-20 min walk from train/bus station 25 min walk from Notre Dame (very steep) 35 min walk from Velodrome Was a bit dodgy walking from bus station at night but didn't experience or hear of any problems at all bearing in mind Marseille had a bad reputation. Pizza shop round the corner on the main road 6 EUR

The only strong point of this hotel was its location. It was the only hotel that did not have a refrigerator in the room. Housekeeping was not done on the second day. The spoons and forks at breakfast were stained, and the glasses were dirty as well.

W hotelu mimo zgłoszenia prośby o posprzątanie pokoju i wymianę ręczników do personelu sprzątającego, nie została prośba spełniona. Na recepcji czyste ręczniki dostałem dopiero następnego dnia, na wyraźną prośbę. W pokoju zasłony były poplamione, okno brudne, ściany z zaciekami. W łazience bardzo głośno chodziła wentylacja i nie było możliwości jej wyłączenia.

Extremely rude front desk made me wait just to leave a key. Insane power trip this lady went on for a key drop. She followed me outside and cursed me out in the street. Absolutely insane!
