Quite small but well-equipped room with a comfortable bed and pillows, modern bathroom, and adequate plugs. Our room was facing the seafront and pier so the views were spectacular (but quiet when the windows were closed). The bar was lovely with friendly barkeep. Great location. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

The hotel is well located in easy reach of bars, restaurants and shops.It is is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated throughout. All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Shut out to Julian in the bar who looked after us well! Would stay here again. Well done Grand Hotel!

I booked in to this beautifully located hotel in the port for a few nights with my son, to explore the Calanques and to see what this part of the French Riviera has to offer. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and upgraded us to a gorgeous room with a view of the port. Particularly noteworthy was the lovely lady in the bar/dining room who made our final day a dream - suggested a lovely Provencal Rose, and some lovely bits to eat while we took in the gorgeous view. A lovely stay. Thank you

This hotel was perfect for our 50th birthday with a big group of friends. It’s a little tired and could do with a refurb and an update but the location and value for money are excellent. But best of all are the staff who are unendingly friendly and helpful and professional. Would recommend.

If you are a non-European tourist used to Manhattan hotel prices, I am sure you will be satisfied with the price and location of this hotel. If you are an experienced luxury tourist, beware. The location is beautiful, but comes with the caveat that it is incredibly loud in the evenings (especially at the weekend). Rooms to the back obviously quieter. The rooms are dated, the bathrooms haven’t been modernized in 30+ years. Cleanliness in bathroom not great (hairs etc.) We had a duplex suite – poor air-conditioning, short beds (190cm) and uncomfortable sofa-bed for the teenager. This hotel has 73 rooms over 7 floors and exactly 1 (one) lift/escalator. Which was broken for half a day, with guests carrying their suitcases up and down the stairs. Pretty ridiculous. This place does not justify its price or high rating.
