Dear Madam, We would like to thank you for your honest and extensive feedback following your stay at our hotel. Your remarks are precious to us and we will consider any of your suggestion in order to improve our hotel's services. I am thrilled that you liked our bed and pillows. Please note that we also provide extra pillows which are kept in the wardrobe to suit our guests preferences. I am very sorry about the lack of power socket in your room. We are aware of this issue and we are currently working on a solution. I also would like to apologise about the not working light. We have replaced the bulb. Do not hesitate to get in touch with our reception team, we are at your disposal to help you solving issue and make your stay pleasant. The cleanliness of our hotel is our main concern. Our housekeeping service is very consentious and we operate a daily check to make sure everything is cleaned as expected. We are sorry about the dust you found on the top of the toilet paper holders. We will be more careful about this equipment in the future. We also take good note of your remark about the french-speaking TV channel and I will share your suggestion with our General Manager. Dear Sir, We would like to thank you for reviewing your last stay at Kyriad Toulouse Centre. We are very concerned about our guest's satisfaction we are deeply disappointed to see that you did not enjoy all our facilities. Some of our rooms are a bit smaller than the others. We are very sorry to see that annoyed you especially if you have a lot of luggages. Our reception desk, open 24h a day would be always at your disposal to help you to sort this issue out. We also regret to see that you did not like our breakfast buffet. We offer a great range of products such as pastries, cakes, crepes, a selection of cheese, fruits ... but you mentionned that you missed hot food selection.
