We have enjoyed every minute at the hotel. We felt very welcomed. The staff was very friendly , professional and kind. The outdoor swimming pool was amazing . Our room was spotless and very comfortable with beautiful view to the Magical Mosque. We had used the gold lounge too .The lounge was very elegant and the food quality was great.

Cafe Sushi is our go to restaurant when we crave for a proper Japanese cuisine. Service has been consistently excellent specially served by Samjauta who always welcome us with warm greetings. Our experience wouldn’t be the same without her hospitality.

We had a wonderful experience at the Ramadan tent in Fairmont Al-Andalus. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. A big thank you to George, Amr, Naveed and Mohamed Tarek for their hospitality, especially Amr, who went out of his way to arrange comfortable seating for my family. The variety of food was excellent and the vibes were truly special. We really enjoyed our Iftar!

Overall great experience. The service, the standards and welcoming were exceptional. Small area for improvement, the cleaning of sun-beds other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone looking for a high-quality stay.

I am regular guest of this hotel and this is like my home. I am always booked here bcoz the ambiance of the hotel is so fantastic,the restaurants are all amazing and the staff service is so fantastic as well i want to share my thanks to Mr Shirazi the night manage and Mr Zalimar front desk agent for thier good service .
