I very like the canvas M Gallery hotel .The canvas hotel is comfortable hotel for my vacation.All staff is very friendly and they have nice smiles.Housekeeping man Thiha is very friendly and He can clean the room very well.Thank you so much All staff.

The hotel was amazing. The food was delicious and the service was awesome . Miss kusum , mr sonu kumar and paing helped a lot . The way miss kusum treats the guest was very impressive . She is a hardworking girl . Overall the service was awesome at the time of dinner.

I appreciate abhay housekeeping staff it really doing good job .He clean my room is very cleaning and tidy and proper arrangements of all the item and the place is very good everything near from the hotel me and my family really enjoy our stay and we will come back very soon I suggest everyone just try this hotel and enjoy your stay .

Love the hotel. Room's are very comfortable with burj khalifa view. House keeping guy named antik is very quick at service and mr amin welcome us and carry our bags help us with the information and order thing from outside. I will definitely come again in sha Allah.

Our experience at Canvas Hotel, Dubai

Our second time at Canvas. Both time I was traveling with my son. We enjoyed our stay enormously. We were upgraded to the suite. Very nice and comfortable bed. Check in was very smooth. Check out was little less friendly. Spa was great. Due to hot weather we did not enjoy roof top restaurant. Our dinner was included but we did not enjoy cos the main restaurant, the coffee shop was a caos n unfriendly environment, same as last year. Food was super spicy. Most of the waiters were lost between them, not paying any attention to the clients unless you ask them otherwise you are totally ignored. We were lucky to meet Shokhista & Kusum in restaurant, who were extremely kind to us. Although Shokhista is a hostess but she pay full attention to all clients, doing work of waiters, very professional and kind. Without her the restaurant will be a big mess. Big thank you to these champion girls.
