Such an amazing experience! Each and everyone in this hotel has been courteous and really hospitable.It’s not like people JUST doing their job, they are sooo enthusiastic about it. The receptionists , the waiters, the chef ( such an artist by the way) , the housekeeping .Very special thanks to everyone in this place . Padma ( the housekeeping) makes sure everything is in place and that the guests have what they need. Preetie and Yehia at the restaurant are so sweet and friendly as well as the rest of the team there ( unfortunately didn’t get to know their names) I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s willing to come to Dubai. Thank you The Canvas! I hope to visit again soon❤️

It’s a great hotel with many amenities situated in the old Dubai. We got there as a family trip to celebrate the 18th birthday of our son. The staff was very helpful and solved immediately any small issues that came out during our stay . They organized a little surprise birthday party as well!! Special thanks to the manager ! Hope to see you again!

To stay at The Canvas Hotel along with my family on out Dubai trip was one of the best decisions made by us. The Hospitality and Warmth experienced by us was overwhelming. The Management and the Service Team made efforts and curated personalised services to us at all the offerings such as Room decor, Breakfast, Food at the Restaurants and every other needs of the family.
